Thanks, For the compliment Tokyo girl. I try to be the best overseas fan I can be x.x Well I'm chillin in my room Im so exhausted from the walking v.v No one was at the Rosemont Theatre at 11 :cry: I was the only one there. Got 3rd row section 102.
 
^ Great, so if you have a telescope you will be able to spot them when Kalafina get into the building :XD: Be sure to enjoy the concert and report back details :sohappy:

Aside from being a bit loud, the concert was utterly fantastic!

They seemed to have the most fun with Ongaku, but my favorite moment was Keiko improvising at the end of Door. Door and ARIA were surprising to hear, but are two of my most favorite songs- Signal and Obbligato were awesome to hear live too. I can't think of the complete setlist off the top of my head, so...

It would have been nice to meet some CPM people, but I had fun anyway (I was part of a party of three already, so....)

I did get some pictures, so I'll try to post some later, when I have time (near midnight here.)

Absolute highlight was getting into the autograph line and having my 5th box signed, as well as its LE photobook and Consolation's LE photobook. AND, managing to give Kalafina the bracelets I made for them (Yep, I'm that obsessed- I'll post pictures of those too, if anyone wants them.)

All in all, it was amazing, (and I don't have to try to deal with the signing lines tomorrow.)

Also: they seemed to really like Chicago, and Hikaru had really good English.

If anyone wants one, I can try for a better report on it later on, probably tomorrow or Sunday (when I get home.)

Today was mostly awesome. I was at the crunchy roll booth waiting for Calatina at 2. Also I was at the opening ceremony and I made a temporary friend. And then I got to see them at their merchandise booth at 2:30. And I was in the third row during the concert and it was epic!!! My favorite performance was Door just because the ad-libbing was so beautiful. Calatina recognize me now since they have seen me three times. Plus I got four things signed It was literally the most important race of my life to get a good spot in the autograph line. Dessau Craddick I'm sorry I couldn't meet you today I met two members of CPM. I hope to run into more of you tomorrow and possibly Sunday if Calvino can do more. I also got to record the concert but I'm debating whether I want to share or not. Sorry for the spelling errors I'm using my iPhone and I am not editing
 
How did you guys get so many things signed??
I got two because a guy behind me didn't have anything to ge signed…
 
Their policy on Friday's autograph session was that you can get many items signed as long as they are official. I wanted to get a set of shikishi/calligraphy boards, but was denied. Instead I got the booklet of the LE After Eden and Consolation. Can't complain; I now got all albums autographed ^^ Should have brought the 5th anniversary album as well.

The concert was fantastic, and the theatre's acoustics really enhanced the experience. I really liked the addition of non-anime songs in the set list. I really enjoyed signal and obliggato, and Wakana's solo in Ongaku was a real treat. I was hoping for In Your Eyes or Progressive, but oh well.

I was sitting on one of the side sections. Despite the angle, the view wasn't that bad, although you could not see the half the band. At least I had no one sitting behind me, and I enjoyed the whole concert standing without complaints.

And that was my pet peeve: most people remained seated during most of the concert. It's a theater, but also a concert! No one was going to push given the seatings! Only some sections stand up during Magia. Ongaku was the only song everybody went up.

So the rumours that Wakana's voice is worsened are are not proven true :) ? How was their overall performance?
