You can buy the ticket on http://ent.pia.jp/pia/event.do?eventCd= ... perfCd=001 (registration necessary) and receive them at pia stores and certain convenience store chain (Circle K Sunkus, Familymart).

You can also buy it at these stores.
You can find these convenience stores almost everywhere in Japan.

I think so. It's difficult unless you can read and write Japanese.


Besides, you can buy the ticket at the Univ.as well on the day of the live , if the tickets are not sold out yet.
