『マイブーム』

こんばんは(゜▽゜)/Keikoです!


今日は去年から冷蔵庫に常に入っているマイブームをご紹介(＾ω＾)

トマトちゃん!!
この艶っつやなトマトが大好きで、冷蔵庫でキンキンに冷やされたのが大好物です(*´д｀*)
朝ごはんにしちゃう時が多いかな。
後はキッチンに行く度にパクって食べたり。
とにかく常に冷蔵庫にないとダメなんです!!


フルーツトマトみたいな甘いのにお塩を少しふって食べるのも好きだけど、プチトマトの水分が一番好きみたい。
あの噛んだ瞬間にプチって口の中に弾ける感じ!!
たまらん(*´д｀*)

私はハマったらとことん食べ続けて「飽きたー」ってなるタイプです(笑)
でもトマトは子供の頃から唯一食べれたお野菜だったのでずーっと好きな食べ物かな。

そうそう、この間トマトは脂肪燃焼効果がある事が研究によって分かったってお話を耳にしたの!!
だから手軽にとれるトマトジュースが品薄とか。
手軽さだったらプチトマトもかなりオススメなんだけどなー(￣^￣)

そんな私はトマトを食べて、再びTour終わりからトレーニングを続けているよ♪

やっぱり、ウォーキングが一番合ってるみたい♪
26日は東京マラソンだよね!!
いつか、東京マラソン、ホノルルマラソンに参加したいなー。
26日Kalafinaは越後湯沢におります。
初めて行く場所だし、雪も凄いってニュースで見るし、しっかり防寒して元気に行って参ります♪
足を運んで下さる皆さんもしっかり防寒してきて下さいね(＾ω＾)
去年のX'mas以来のアコースティックLiveなので楽しみです。お会いできる皆さん、待ってますね!!

では、寒暖の差がまだ激しいので、体を暖めて過ごして下さい(*´д｀*)

「ポジティブちゃん」

こんにちは(゜▽゜)/Keikoです!


前回の記事でトマトがマイブームって書いたんですが、コメントを読むと、トマトの好き嫌いは半々ぐらい!?なのかな?しかもトマトジュースは苦手さんが多いこと判明!!


…………な・か・ま(*´д｀*)エヘ

実は私トマトジュースは苦手なのです。
ちなみに、温かくなったトマトも少しだけ苦手だったり…
イヤ、トマトはキンキンに冷えた物が大好きだからそれと比べちゃうとね、っていう好みのお話でした。


とりあえず、今週はほぼ毎日トマトを口に運んだKeikoでした。


そして、また納豆ブームも来そうな予感…(笑)
納豆は無性に食べたくなる時があるの!!
しかも納豆だけで食べるのがスキ。
後は五色納豆が多いかな。
①納豆
②マグロ
③いか
④たくあん
⑤オクラ
で、卵を入れたり入れなかったり、それを混ぜ混ぜしながら食べるのが…スキ。



さて、そんなお食事ネタが多い私のblogですが、そんな食べてばかりいる訳じゃないよーo(｀^´*)
イヤ、食べてるな。

…(笑)


Tourが終わって、Tourを振り返ったり、Kalafinaの曲を全て振り返ったり、映像みたり、トレーニングしたり、Fate/Zeroの小説を読んでみたり、、、

次のスタートに向けて色々準備中なKalafinaです。


昨日はビデオクリップが出来上がってきて、皆さんにお届けできる4月が待ち通しいです!!

春は終わりと始まり、別れと出逢い、歌の歌詞でも多く聴きますよね。


この間大切な友達が留学をしました。
私の周りには海外にいる子が多いんですが、凄い格好いい子ばかりで、、、
話を聞くといつも刺激をもらいます。
去年アニメエキスポでロスに行かせていただいた時、実は友達が来てくれてたんです(＾ω＾)
彼女たちはロスに住んでいて、もう日本には帰らないって(笑)
たくましいよね!?(笑)
きちんと自分の人生を自分の力で切り開いて行こうとする姿勢に、"私も負けないように、またロスに歌いに来れるようにもっともっとがむしゃらにならなくっちゃ"って思って帰国したんだー。

友達っていいよね。
前向きにさせてくれる。
私も逢うと元気にさせられる女性になりたい!!
エネルギッシュな!!メラメラo(｀^´*)(笑)
ポジティブオーラ全開な!!ふふ…(←怪しい(笑))


私には、KalafinaのメンバーやチームKalafinaの存在が常にあって、いい意味で緊張感を与えてくれる。

その今の環境に、もう一度感謝して、自覚して、次のスタートを切れたらな。

そんな風に思う今日この頃でした…

雑誌の占いで

『OBASAN度診断』

っていうのがあった。←アルファベットだと一瞬何がなんだかわからない。

で、やってみたら、私の結果は…

さぁところで!(もう忘れようゼ☆)

昨日Kalafinaは、新潟は越後湯沢に初上陸!!＼(^-^)／

夏の逗子、そしてクリスマスイブの横浜でお世話になっている「音霊」さんの冬のライブハウス、音霊 OTODAMA SNOW STUDIOへ行って参りました!

たくさん生えてるっ(＾ω＾)

会場のある施設は、なんとスキー場にあるんです!

この時期の新潟は、本当にすごい雪なんですね。

これほどの豪雪地帯には片手で数えるくらいしか行ったことのない私やKeikoには、とにかくびっくり☆
テンション上がっていましたヽ(´∇`)/

そんな中でさすが富山出身のHikaruは、動じることもなく普通に雪を見つめていました( ´艸｀笑)サスガー。


昨日は、土屋アンナさん、そしてSCANDALさんと共に、"THE 3 WOMEN"というイベントに参加させて頂きました!!

Kalafinaはトップバッター☆
今回もクリスマスイブに引き続き、アコースティックライブでお届けしました。
スタンディングでのイベントだったんだけど、皆、始まりの「fairytale」では穴が空くほど見つめてくれていましたね(＾ω＾)♪
そして「Eden」では徐々に体が揺れ始め…
「輝く空の静寂には」、「symphonia」では、熱くなる皆の姿を見ました!(＾ω＾)

そして最後に「sprinter」で、皆さんとお別れしました。

今回も前回と同様、キーボードの櫻田さんの手によってアレンジされたKalafinaの楽曲を、アコースティックバージョンでお届けしました。

あんな風に雪を眺めながらのライブって、とても幻想的でロマンチックですよね♪

Kalafinaは、またこの場所でライブができることを、祈っています☆ヽ(´∇`)/

寒いなか来てくださった皆さん、ありがとうございました!!

それにしても、スキー場なだけあって、スキーウェアを着た方が結構いらっしゃいましたね～。
うらやましい!!

スノボはできなかったけど、チームKalafina皆で、雪遊びしに行きました!!＼(^-^)／

うぁぁ雪ふわふわで楽しいー私雪上での体力が地上の倍出るー。


すごく楽しすぎて、最後は暑かったです。

あぁー。スキー合宿したい(笑)

今日はとにかく楽しかった!

また、音霊さんでアコースティックライブ、したいです!

皆、雪に降られた体をおうちでゆっくり暖めてね!!

I was standing was at the event, everyone, I was staring at me about a hole in the "fairytale" at the beginning (^ ω ^) ♪

As before, brought to you by an acoustic version, the song was arranged by Kalafina Sakurada's hand on the keyboard this time.

『2月26 日は…』
こんにちは(゜▽゜)/Keikoです!
今回はWakanaと二人でblogを書いちゃいます!!

という事で、

音霊 OTODAMA SNOW STUDIO 2011-2012
2月26日は"THE 3 WOMEN"
という事で、私達の他にSCANDALさんと土屋アンナさんが一緒に越後湯沢のスキー場を熱く、暑くした一日でした～♪ヽ(´▽｀)/

足を運んで下さった皆さんありがとうございました。
今回は去年のX'masイブにやったアコースティックバージョン♪
バンドメンバーさんとステージでパチリ。

Kalafinaとして行くのも初めてだったし、私自身、こんなに雪の降る場所に行ったのも初めてだったので、越後湯沢の駅に着いた瞬間から子供の様にはしゃいでました(笑)

初めて間近で見た雪壁。
雪化粧した山々。
しんしんと降り続ける雪。
360度何処をとっても見慣れない景色で、「わぁー」とか「すごーい」とか、ありふれた言葉しかでてこなかった(笑)


スキー場に着いて、すぐにLiveハウスに入ってしまったんですが、ステージから見える窓ガラスからは降り積もる雪が見えたり、越後湯沢に来ているんだって気持ちになりながら歌わせていただきました♪

スキーウエアのお客様もいたし!!
羨ましかったな(´∇｀)
スキーとかスノボとかやってみたかったです。
まだやった事がないので、今回の様な短時間では無理だと思っていたけど、、、気分だけでも味わいたい…って思って………

Liveが終わって真っ暗になっちゃったけど、ほんの少しだけ雪を肌で感じられました!!
雪を触ってビックリ（○_○）!!

サラサラで中々固まらないんです!!
だから雪合戦はかなり難しくって、Wakanaと私は投げてはサラサラの雪が舞っているだけ(笑)
雪合戦になっていない光景をHikaruがニコニコしながら見ていました(笑)

This time I'm writing a blog by two people and Cha Wakana!!

Sound spirit OTODAMA SNOW STUDIO 2011-2012
February 26 "THE 3 WOMEN"
So, hot Echigo-Yuzawa to the ski together and Tsuchiya Anna's SCANDAL to our other, was the day was a hot ~ ♪ ヽ ('▽ `) /

Thank you everyone who was carrying a foot.
This time the X'mas Eve did an acoustic version of last year ♪
Mr. and Pachiri band members on stage.



It also was the first time as you go Kalafina, because it was my own first, also went to the snowy place so, was with glee like a child from the moment I arrived at Echigo-Yuzawa Station (laughs)

Wall saw snow for the first time up close.
The snow-capped mountain people.
Snow and continue down mind and body.
Or "Wa", in a very unfamiliar scenery where a 360-degree or did not come out, only common word "goody" (laughs)


I arrived to ski, I want to say immediately entered the House Live, ♪ can see the snow from the glass window visible from the stage Furitsumoru, I was allowed to be sung with feeling Even does that come to Echigo-Yuzawa

Looks like the same musicians who did the previous acoustic live...I'd say Hirokun arranged all the songs again, too :ayashii:
