「昨日の出会い」

皆さん、こんにちは。
少し高所恐怖症で、
少し先端恐怖症で、
大分優柔不断な自分は、
L.A.のための荷物に
あたりめと柿の種を詰めるか否かを
ここ数日間悩んでいます。
Hikaruです。

3rd Albumを秋頃にリリースすることが決定したり、
衝撃のKalafina企画ページありの
雑誌「KERA!」が発売されたり、
宝の地図を発見したりで
毎日興奮冷めやらぬ状態のKalafinaですが、
皆さんは如何お過ごしでしょうか?

昨日のKalafinaは
L.A.でのAnime Expoに向けて、
大使館でVISAの発行手続きをしてきました。
まず、電子機器を全部預けて、
空港みたいに鞄をスキャンチェック。
その間に身体検査のゲートを通ります。
その後に、
面接を受ける建物に入るんですが、
今日の強い日差しをカットしようと
Wakanaが持ってきた日傘が…
持ち込めなかったんです。

Ｗ「鞄に入れれば大丈夫ですか?」
受「それなら大丈夫です」

…折り畳み式じゃない日傘を
鞄に入れようとするWakana…

受１「それはデカすぎです」
受２「デカすぎなのでダメです」

二人の受付のお姉様方(真顔)から
同時につっこまれるWakana…

Ｗ「ですよね(笑)」

全く笑わず対応するお姉様方…笑))

日傘はWakanaとの別れを悲しむように
寂しく傘立てでお留守番となりました。

受付を過ぎると、
広い部屋に区切られた窓口が10個あります。
サイドにモニターがあって、
そこに自分の番号が出たら
指定の窓口に行って
指紋を採ったり、
面接を受けたりします。
今日は日本語の上手な海外の面接官さんでした。

面「Kalafinaっていうグループは３人?」
Ka「yes」
面「Kalafinaってどんな曲歌ってるの?」
Ｗ「コーラスワークしたりしてます」
面「へぇ～踊ったりもするの?」
Ka「しないかな」
面「えっ、つまらなく立ったまま歌うの?」
Ｈ「…少し動くよ」
面「ジャンルはhipーhop?」
Ｋ「JーPOPです」
面「もちろんJーPOP(笑)」

と、面接官がここで何故か笑っていました。
そして、笑ながら
パソコンのキーボードを叩いた瞬間…
持ち上がっていたキーボード置きが
ガタッと思いっきり下がった!!笑
思わず皆笑ってしまいました。
そんな中、

面「危ないですよ～(笑)」

((いや、あなたがですよ!))

というようなやりとりがあった
何だか不思議な面接でしたが、
無事に承認されて、
ちゃんとL.A.に行けそうです。

Yep, the girls had to go for an interview to get their US visa.

Interviewer: There are the three of you in a group as Kalafina?
Kalafina: (In English) Yes
Interviewer: What kind of songs do you sing?
Wakana: We do chorus work.
Interviewer: Hehh~ Do you also dance?
Kalafina: Maybe not?
Interviewer: Eh, so you just sing while boringly standing around?
Hikaru: ...We move around a bit.
Interviewer: Is your genre hip-hop?
Keiko: It's J-POP.
Interviewer: Of course it's J-POP (laughs).

Another interesting bit was the part about Wakana wanting to bring her parasol into the building where they had to take the interview, and she had to deal with two serious receptionists.

Wakana: Is it okay if I can put the parasol inside my bag?
Receptionists: Yes.
Her parasol is the type that cannot be folded up so when she tried putting it into her bag...
Recep 1: It's too big.
Recep 2: Since it's too big, you can't bring it in.
Wakana: Yeah it is, isn't it? (Laughs)
Receptionists: (Serious look)
Poor Wakana had to leave her parasol in the umbrella stand at the front door.

Yeah, Wakana is so awesome! She tried to joke with the receptionists but too bad, they responded to her jab without laughing at all. :XD:
 
Let God curse the receptionists for not laughing at that incredible joke by Wakana...

WHY ON EARTH THAT "INTERVIEWER" THINKS THAT KALAFINA IS A HIP-HOP SINGER? :knife:
 
The interviewer was probably trying to be sarcastic. S/he sounded like a joker from the way s/he conversed with Kalafina. That incident when s/he dropped the computer's keyboard, it was like
Interviewer: That's dangerous~! (Laughs)
Kalafina: No, you're the one who is dangerous!

The interviewer was not a Japanese person by the way (Maybe an American?). :XD:

there may be a possibility that the interviewer wasn't aware of kalafina glory :ohoho:
 
^ well Kalafina isn't a mainstream artist to begin with, so it's quite understandable for the interviewer to know nothing about the girls :TdT:

『気分はL.A. ♪』

こんにちは(゜▽゜)/Keikoです!!


『はいっ!!元気ですっ!!』唐突ですが(笑)
皆さんは元気ですか?
寒暖の差が激しいので体調崩していませんか?

私は、この湿気でズンズン速歩きをすると、ほんのちょっぴり呼吸が荒くなる今日この頃ですが、パワー全快で本日もリハーサルです♪
テンションはかなり高めです♪
Wakanaと『一本満足』という、バランス栄養食のCMの真似をして踊ってしまうぐらいです（笑）
Kalafinaのブームになっている『一本満足』。
食べた事ない方は是非。
【夕方からの頑張りに】っていうのがこの商品のキャッチコピーなんですが、昼から食べちゃうKalafinaです。

私はやっぱりチョコバナナ味がオススメかな。



さて、Kalafina、L.A.出発まで後少しと迫ってきました。
私はいつも荷造りをするのはギリギリなタイプですが、今回に限り出発3日前にほとんど詰めて準備万端でございます(´ω｀)
イメトレもしています。

そんな新アイテムもゲットして、後は出発を待つだけ。

アメリカでのライブは二度目になります。
一度目はボストンで、まだライブ経験もなかったので、本当にただただ一生懸命流れについて行くのに精一杯でした。
だから今回はしっかりKalafinaをアピールして♪アメリカでライブが出来る事を噛み締めて来たいと思います♪
