Kalafina at AnimagiC 2012 Germany

I hope this rule will also be applied for the concerts because in many manifestation it is not always the case. (some bad remembrance with Japan Expo :uh..: )

In any case, I will bring with me my camera and as soon as I receive my tickets, I will send an email to AnimagiC staff to get confirmation about that point.

If we are allowed to take pictures, we could share them to build a "canta-per-me" team special pictures album of the event :ayashii: .

By the way, do we have a list of the forum members who are supposed to be at AnimagiC festival ? We could organize ourself for meetings and other activities to do together there ?

I totally agree with you!!! *______________* We should find a meeting point!!From what I understand, there is ample zone outside.
So we could meet there or near the hall where the concert will be!!

To HimeWakana : I think the easiest would be to meet at the AnimagiC convention (so the Beethoven Halle) because I think we do not travel the same way.
Personally I will come by train with a friend of mine on Thursday 26th of July from Paris to Köln and will take another one from Köln to Bonn. For ones who would arrive on Thursday, maybe we could meet somewhere that day (and prepare our battle plan :ohoho: )

okk!! I will arrive in Bonn on Thursday night with two friends, however It's a good idea to meet each other near to the Beethoven Halle!! :sohappy:
 
So, OK. The con is now about 1 month apart. Time to begin the plannings:

Can i Afford it? - Check!
Travel & accomodations: Car & Sleeping bag - Check!
Will I have free time - might be a problem, as i have morning shift on saturday... don't know yet if i can take the day off.

Does anyone know at what time Kalafina will perform on saturday? Afternoon is quite vague

If anyone is interested in ride sharing, i'll probalbly take the route: Kronach-Bamberg-Würzburg-Frankfurt. Will take 4.5 hours for driving

I've never been to a anime convention, but i've once said that i will shave my head bald if i missed such a chance!

So, count me in!
 
I think Kalafina will start to perform between 8 pm and 10 pm (they are the main event afterall :shy: ). That is at least my guess.

I had summer examination in university and I was preparing hard, but now I'm here with you again! =3
And I have already bought airplane ticket, and booked a room in a hotel! =D Only visa is left, but it must be OK :3
I strongly agree with meeting in front of concert hall or anywhere! :cheer: Because I'm scared to stay alone in foreign country ToT

The concert hall is certainly the easiest place to meet. Maybe the entrance might be better as there will be outside stands around the hall.
After, we should think an easy manner to find ourselves. (maybe with a panel like it is done in airports )

Yesssssssssssssssss *______________* we should write something like: "CPM fans" and our nickname :P
 
Well, CPM t-shirts is the ideal way, i think x3 But it is quite expensive to order such a t-shirt... When panels are cheap and usefull =3

Or you guys could do it the really lame way but its the best way i guess :ayashii:
ask someone to make a signboard with CPM Logo and stuff and gather the "lost sheep" like what a travel guide does :plot:

I just did this in PS... Original image size is 90 x 57 mm (Standard for v-cards and namebadges)

Print, write your nickname on, put it into a namebadge and pin it on your clothes or somewhere else... :ohoho:
So everyone can recognize other cpm-members.

What do you think?
