Wow, what a lovely piece of artwork. Thanks for the link! :V:
Willkommen.

Getting a lil' off topic here, but apart from having that drawing, the artist's gallery's quite a treasure trove too. Not to mention he's a pretty nice guy as well. :plot:

maybe someone should make a canta.net or kalafina meeting at animagic.
with some big sign with a "KALAFINA FANS" inscription or something. xD

also to help other people that don't know german.

Aye aye a big sign is a good idea!! We could write "Kalafina fans of CPM" and
our nickname below :sohappy:

Well if you need a translator just ask me, the great Nyan. :waii:

Domo arigatou!! :shy: :shy:

yeah, something like that. ^^

does anyone know, when kalafina where in america, was it okay to film / take fotos? or was the label against it and it wasn't allowed?

I just read that when May'n was in germany last year, her label didn't allow to film etc.

Perfect ^^ Then we see how to organize everything :sohappy:
At L.A I knew that it could do neither photos nor videos , but at Anime Boston during autograph session people did photos!
Anyway I really hope to take photos of them :plz:

Ok, I've made up my mind: I intend to go and I need to find out how to get a ticket (it's via Paypal I think, which is easy; there seems to be more than one type of ticket though). I mentioned to a couple of my friends, "did you know Kalafina are guests at a con in Germany next July?" to which they replied, "you know, we could take the ferry across the channel and drive there..."

So yeah. First question: is it sold out yet? Second: how do three people who don't speak German get in touch with the organisers and buy tickets?

If this works out you'll have three fanboys from the north of England on an epic road trip to get to a convention in Bonn...with any luck, we'll see you all there. Any help would make these three fanboys very grateful! :comeback:

Are you assured that the tickets are not sold out *_____* And for the second thing , go here and put in the box your birthday date and click on "weiter"! After you can choose between three possible ticket :
1) deluxe pack (if I remember) 91 euro + t-shirts
2) pass for three days of 70 euro
3) for 27th july and 29 july of 40 euro
And also you can enter data of your credit card , for payment!
They'll ship the tickets at your home by July 19 *________________*

Thank you! It doesn't seem to have sold out fortunately, since I seem to have managed to get a '3 tages pass' complete with confirmation e-mail.

All I need to do now is make sure my travelling buddies are able to do the same, and we're good to go! :XD:

In Boston it was allowed at all their appearances except the concert :XD: so you guys better get lots of nice pics :nosebleed:

the animagic is not going to be sold out that early. I remember that when I first went there, I bought my ticket only 1 or 2 month before the convention. ^^

and also, since last year there is a fence across the convention grounds. a lot of cosplayer's etc. are really pissed of this, and denying the animagic since then.
a friend I know is a kalafina fan too, but she wan't go to animagic because she "will not going to support this stupid convention"
the cosplayers are pissed because before, they all could sit on the grass before the hall and meet their friends. you only needed a ticket if you wanted to go inside the convention hall.
but now you have to buy a ticket, if you "want to sit on the grass" too. (because there is a outdoor stage and such things now, for example)

and yeah... the cosplayers don't want to pay for a convention ticket and now are blocking the animagic. (they mostly meet up near a river behind the convention hall now.)
really stupid and childish I think... but it's quite empty on the outside grounds now. (but it's still really full inside the hall)

You're welcome Martin ^^

Perfect :dote: :dote:

However, Can we also meet near the river with a sign? so maybe it is easier to recognize :knife:

A quick update: it now looks like there are four of us driving over from England, assuming we can all get time off from work...we're just organising the ferry crossing and then it'll be on to sorting out somewhere to stay.

I don't think I can teach myself German in under three months, but I'm going to read up about Bonn so I can find my way around and meet up with the rest of you. So far I've learned that it's Beethoven's birthplace so that's one tourist-y thing to see!

Okei perfect!! then we hear others and let's meet in a point :sohappy:

Why not just use the Channel Tunnel?
