Me and my friend got a really very interesting discount (< 50€ a days) and as the hotel is really near the Hall, we decided to get it. :ayashii:

Hello. (Occassional reader, first time poster... but this is not the thread for that.)

I've just received my tickets as well, but I fear there may be a problem.

I'm going with my girlfriend, and we're both foreigners (Czech Republic). She unlike me speaks virtually no German (so it would be useless for Animania to contact her if there were problems) and her official place of residence is very far away from where we both actually live (so she'd have no time to go there to pick up the ticket). So, when ordering her ticket through the online interface thingy, I put my address as both her contact address (Kontaktangaben Ticketinhaber) and the shipping address (Versandadresse). This is now printed on her ticket, but obviously if they check it against her ID it will not match. (Although in theory it shouldn't have to, since the order form didn't say "Wohnungsort" or anything like that, but I don't want to bet on that...) In addition, I made her booking after mine and I forgot to change the birth date, so her ticket now has my birth date as well. (I'm a stupid and confused guy, and they have a stupid and confusing booking system... ;-.-)

No matter how hard I look, I haven't been able to find any official forum or whatever kind of client support/organizer contact there might be, so I'd like to try asking here: does anyone know a place where I can turn to the organizers and explain the situation to them? From what I've read here, it seems some of you have talked to the organizers before. I don't want to risk my GF getting turned away at the Beethoven Hall, after booking the tickets and transport and spending eight hours on the bus and train.
