Kalafina at AnimagiC 2012 Germany

2Slamayama Orgteam has e-mail for this kind of occasions. I wrote them when I had some problems with postal code. Somehow your problem is quite similar. Here it is orgaleitung@animagic-online.de Btw orgteam guys speak english quite well =)

Congratulations, HimeWakana-chan! *__*
Oh, I start feeling nervous about my tickets, where are they? :uh..:

Congratulation everyone who retrieved his/her tickets

Uhm, you're not the only one... I'll be at Hilton Hotel too. :innocent:
You got also good prices ? That's wonderful.
BTW : thank you for the high resolution card. it is great :sparkleguy:

@Slamayama
I am not quite sure the mail address is important. If it is the case, there will be problem with Swiss or French identity documents. On Swiss identity documents there are never the mail address written anywhere. In France, you do not need to change your identity documents, neither identity card nor passport, if you move elsewhere in the country. So the mail address can be wrong on both of them.
I think the most important thing is that the name is correct as well as the birth date.

KaiSen: Darn, I should have waited a little longer. Before I saw your post I discovered animagic@animania.de and I sent them an e-mail detailing my situation, including the reservation number and my GF's real info. I was able to compose it in German, although I've already spotted some errors (just after hitting the Send button, of course), but it should be intelligible. Now I'll bite my nails obsessively until I receive a response, or until you tell me that mailbox is dead. Maybe I should forward it to the orgaleitung address as well... or would that be too obnoxious?

FxMacCobra: I hope so too, but better safe than sorry. You don't have to change your ID here either if you just move within the country, and I'd be surprised if you had to do it in Germany, but I still have this semi-rational fear of the strict uptight German guard with a big moustache and a pointy helmet screaming "NEIN!" and kicking us out, you know? The birth date is a real boner, though.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your help, everyone!

Does anyone know at what time Kalafina will perform on saturday? Afternoon is quite vague

Older post already, but not too old I hope :) It seems that while there are no concrete terms for Kalafina yet, the outdoor venue already has a program out: http://www.animania.de/animagic2012-out ... gramm.html

On Saturday, Kanako Itoh is performing outside until 20.00, so I'd surmise Kalafina will start at 20.00 at the soonest. At least I hope the organizers won't set two "guests of honour" up to compete with one another! :)

Similarly, on Friday, something called MoCCabur*a is playing at the outdoor venue until 19.00, so I wouldn't count on Kalafina starting before that time. But clearly these guys aren't that big a name, so a collision would be thinkable, I guess.

My ticket arrived this morning. I'm relieved that it turned up ok, but I'm impressed that it was able to go all the way to the UK and arrive at the same time as so many people on the mainland!

@Slamayama: I hope it all works out for you! I think you did the right thing by e-mailing them to check first.

Mmm or they should sing before (at 5 pm or 6 pm)!!

Don't be afraid, I'm sure it is OK with both e-mails. So your answer should come soon :V:

I'll have to check how early we need to be back at the hotel then! It's a Holiday Inn though, so I reckon we can come and go whenever as long as we have the key cards. I know some hotels are more 'formal' and strict about times, but I think my group only have check in/out times to worry about.

My time off work has been finalised and the designated driver has almost everything sorted out too. We'll be on the road for a long time but I'm sure it'll be worthwhile when we get there and meet up with everyone! :stars:

No, I have a ticket only for friday and saturday. I booked a hotel for friday and saturday with a friend too, so I don't need the hotelroom from LinaElric.
I will just ask on friday at the day fund if they still have a single ticket for sunday. xD

but it's not THAT bad if I can't see the Q&A Panel on sunday.
It's most important to see the concerts and get autographs! ^^
