Kalafina 2014 calendar

I actually really like their sophisticated (?) hair in seventh heaven PV. :ohoho: What I dislike is the makeup, hairdo, clothing (overall appearance) in the seventh heaven CD cover or the one where they're sitting together in the PV. Gosh Keiko looked like Joker from Batman there.
 
Well, while I don't like the chandelier hair, I can kinda respect how ballsy it is. :plot: I just... don't want it to happen again.

I agree that Seventh Heaven CD cover was far worse. I don't think the actual dresses were that bad, but the make-up and hair-do's were the stuff of nightmares--and it's hard for the overall effect to be anything better.
 
i believe they had the same stylists ever since the beginning (takahashi office, which works in tandem with space inc., sooooo) but confirmation would be nice... does it ever say so in the seventh heaven album/credits?

i guess i'm more of a fan of simple hair-dos.... like i said earlier, for me symphonia/after eden live had the best appearances for me (and i far far prefer keiko's hair straight than curled, but i think she looks so gorgeous either way :shy: )

personally, i wish they'd wear their hair like this more often -- it's simple, but elegant and sophisticated enough :TdT:

i wonder what special costumes they wore specifically for the calendar... (that is, at least... i hope they did)
 
^Well, er... the calendar-only outfits actually didn't turn out that well last year...

Although I have to say. . . Maybe it's the lighting in the picture, or maybe because it's not super high quality, but the girls' faces look old, especially Wakana's D:

Sad to say, but I'm agree with paper here. And I never really like those dresses too. Waiting for the full-sample first, :ohoho: .
 
Ah... I like their hairstyles, but Wakana's face looks so awkwards IMO....O_O....I think I'll order it...

Ooo, I really like the font used in the calendar. It's very elegant.

The picture is fairly nice too. The colours do seem a bit washed out, but I suspect it's just the image quality. The real thing will probably look more vivid.
 
Ohh, that looks nice. I agree about the font, too.

The picture itself looks to be pretty low quality though, although I suspect that the actual final version will look better. As for the aesthetics its lovely, though.

... wow does hikaru look super skinny here :omgz: although i prefer this kind of background for these dresses instead of the consolation live pamphlet where they were on the moon at the beach

Hikaru has always been super skinny imo.

Glad that their expression doesn't seem strained/awkward like in the Consolation Live Tour pamphlets and postcards. But it's only one PDF so it might have been too early to say.

2014 Calendar should be better than 2013. I hope.
