Kalafina 19th single "Blaze" ED for Arslan Senki Fuujin Ranbu

I think the extra instrumental may as well be something as dumb as Sony not wanting (for whatever reason) to charge the same amout of money as the last 7 singles (excluding heavenly blue, which all had 4 tracks) for less content. Maybe 4tracks is now the Kalafina standard and we didn't even realize. Just so happened that it wasn't a remix, another b-side or live this time... ;p

Anyhoo, Arslan2 has only 8 episodes so we'll know soon enough either way (animu or booklet). ;p

@Westkana
Of course this assumption can be wrong, but by simply saying manten was also a special ED and had no instrumental is just dismissive and ignorant.

I am not ignorant, because im not a computer that can directly access a database and tell you all the A-sides that have had instrumental so far. Manten was just the only one that came to mind, and yes I remember about Mirai.

Why you like so much to pick fights out of nowhere ?

Pick fights? George, I'm just calling you out for dismissing others' extrapolations and defending Westkana's claim. Le maoz.

hmm tv-size terrible. don't have much hope on the b-side either.

and whoever is choosing the fonts and colors, it's a joke.

To go ahead and de-escalate this argument, yes, @Atlas Star is correct in that I made that claim based on the only other time that we got b-side instrumentals with Kalafina was with Mirai. When I wrote that post, I didn't even think of Manten, and I am aware that just because it was used in an anime doesn't mean that it automatically gets an instrumental. Proof of that are the 5/6 KnK songs that didn't get one, including the A-side Alleluia.

PS: Yesterday @yuki.n told me that Y Kajiura wrote in twitter that she was working in a battle bgm, and she was saying to her sister "stop battling already live in peace" and so her sister (Miki) told her " stop already we need to go out " and so she wrote on twitter "she doesnt feel me at all" and then said "im going to relax and 'll come back later" so she left the score to go with her
Yep, that definitely sounds like either SAO or F/SN. My guess is SAO since there's been much more info about that recently compared to F/SN.

Well, just watched the tv size of the PV. It seems like Keiko will get more lines! Yay! But Hikaru really has a lot in the tv size version. Though she did for One Light as well. I like it. (Also ponytail for Hikaru and Keiko but not Wakana? haha Just found it odd. Also Wakana's love for walls again. lol Well, they all touched the walls. I just remembered that scene in ttb (I think?) with Wakana.) I am looking forward to the full even though I am not a huge fan of it so far. The PV makes me kind of dizzy.

(And that sucks about RHH. I was looking forward to more music from it. Unless she makes another WFS. Please?)

I agree with @Atlas Star that red font is horrible. Makes me want the LE B more. Also an instrumental for a B side is great. Let's hope it has some Keiko

Better than Manten/KnGnN/Alleluia? Really?
Manten is great and all but I wouldn't put it on any top ten lists for kalafina. after a while it just feels draggy (After keiko bridge, 3x refrain..)

KnGnN is cute as hell but again nothing fancy or mindblowing.

alleluia.. mmyeah. Took the spotlight as the bright and hopeful kalasong. Was quite an impactful single.

Heard it again after last week's episode. I am liking it a little more now. Hikaru sounds way (to me) different in the beginning and even during the song. Maybe it's a first for her singing a song like this? Hmm.

Also I really liked ttb, and ring your bell (which I love more now after that special final live). Alleluia too after hearing it live. But everyone has their own opinion.

Out of all the singles since heavenly blue, I would put blaze right in the middle so far, if talking about A-sides. It's not quite as good as ring your bell and One Light, but still much better than believe and heavenly blue. It may raise depending on how much it grows on me. If talking about the single including the b-sides, believe definitely takes the cake, followed by RYB. It's obviously too early to say for Natsu no Asa, so I'll rank that once the single is released.

Took them a while...

01. blaze (4m)
02. 夏の朝 (3m42s)
03. blaze ~instrumental~ (4m)
04. 夏の朝 ~instrumental~ (3m42s)
05. blaze ~TV size~ (1m33s)
What site did you get this from? I've been looking for it but I haven't found it.
