Good Things that Happened to You!!!

Got my room cleaned, something I've been meaning to do for awhile now, so now I feel better. heh Getting rid of most of the dust always helps. :dote:
 
My dad wasn't too upset when I told him I was quitting the theater! Ahh I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Although I still have to talk to the manager. But it should go okay.
 
Yay I've got my train ticket to go to Jakarta for 1st Indonesia Kalafina Gathering!! :plot:
 
I'm having this day free, and I haven't done anything academically productive...

I got to go home pretty much right after I got to work! :dote: It's Thanksgiving here in the states. Have a good one to all who are in the USA. I am going to nap now.
 
Got in touch with someone whom I thought was angry with me and it turns out she's not... ... :XD:
 
I can finally post a good thing! I got to see my friend Kay, whom I haven't in awhile, and her new baby! She's only a few weeks old now and so tiny and sweet. Her name is Alyssa Grace. (I held her too and she didn't spit up on me lol) Also going to make cookies tomorrow for my party which is Sunday. Can't wait! It should be fun. Hopefully people can make it.
 
I recently ordered the standard edition of Red Moon, but when it got here I found out it was actually the limited edition. Needless to say, I was overjoyed; I thought they were unavailable these days, and I wanted the LE just for the cover art, so I'm extra happy. The DVD is amazing too. <3

came home and watched consolation live on the tv instead of my computer today :dote:

also, I gave my advisor/history teacher her xmas present today and she loved it. She really, really loves Russia (anything and everything about the country, basically), so I put together (and hand-bound) a book of random information/photos/stories/etc with help from my advisee. She loved it so much, she started crying. And she gave me like a billion hugs :XD:

I got my new record player working last week! :XD: Okay, it's one from the 70s that I bought second-hand off some friends, but it sounds amazing. I've been doing the music snob thing by sitting back listening to Pink Floyd and Beethoven on vinyl!

I kinda wish that some of Kajiura's stuff was reissued as 'proper' old-school records too actually. Imagine how awesome a Kala or FJ album would be with inlay booklets and artwork that's waaay bigger than what you get in a CD case... :waii:
 
^ well, I miss not having big posters available of anyone YK related (the closest I saw was the poster for Chiaki Ishikawa's last CD, but they weren't giving away copies that I know of).
 
It's finally Sat! Which means hockey game tonight, and then tomorrow is my sister's baby shower (so excited to become an aunt next month!) and my party, which more people are showing up for now! I can't wait, so if I'm not on much this weekend that is why.
 
Had such a great weekend. They won in hockey, even in overtime! Then my sister's baby shower was fun, she got lots of "super cute" (was the word of the day) things, and then was my party, I was afraid not many people were going to come, but my bro's girlfriend came, my cousin and her 3 friends (one of them with her husband and 2 year old, so that was fun heh) and Laura's two friends came later. We played games until midnight. It was a great weekend. I also got a new slap watch and pastel set from my cousin and some shower gel from her friend. and people brought dessert too.

Had to make the lunch today for everyone in the house plus guests so i woke up today at 5:00 am to make sure everything was well done. I just finished to clean the kitchen and i'm really tired but in the end everyone liked a lot the food i'm really happy about it :sohappy:
