Er... I hope she meant LanceLOT and not Lancer as in Diarmuid. There's a HUGE difference in terms of appearance between Lancer and Caster. :ohoho:

OMg!!! I was supposed to write Lancelot but ended up writing Lancer's name.hehehe Yes she did meant Lancelot, o fcourse Diarmuid is awesome, I want him to be my husband.

its that buldging eyes. =x but really, i wasnt expecting an old man's face when the helmet was tossed away. orz

He doesn't look that old to me. Mid-forties, maybe, and keep in mind that the Arturian times were tough enough, people matured earlier and looked older than an average person of the same age nowadays.
As to buldging eyes, they're apparently one of the primary insanity flags. Even Kiritsugu comes close to having these for a second or two during his breakdown. :ohoho:

because of his personality? or could the mole be working once again? :psst:
/*is chased away, dodging stones and bricks*

Argh sounds sooo epic :dote:
imma wait for the anime to end this weekend and then ill watch it all in 1 go XD :shy:

I though Lancelot isn't that old, I had a wallpaper of him, being stabbed by Saber..being compared to Caster was too cruel for him. :blood:

Well, it does seem like his attitude stems from his class, whereas Giles de Rais didn't need to be Berserker in order to be loony. :ohoho:

The fights were really enjoyable what with the BGM and all, but yeah...what the hell was the hack-job editing about? I wouldn't be surprised if the studio had to edit down the storyboards at short notice...it really did seem that way.

I thought that the 'inner head trip' that Kiritsugu went through was pretty good though.

All in all it would've been AWESOME if it weren't so rushed. As it was, it was just 'good'.

I'm hoping that there's some sort of bonus OAV episode in addition to the main 'count'...that wouldn't surprise me either.

Yeah, guess I agree. Some episodes were so dragged, and then the ending is so rushed...wth :uh..:

They added the missing ep 11 footage for the first part on BD. What are the odds of them adding a missing episode this time? :XD:
although I remember one blogger commenting that "Ufotable becoming another Shaft is not something I can tolerate" :desksweat:

They will add everything that is missing on the blu ray.

The TV version is realy more like a preview than anything else. They make the anime for the blu ray and take as much time for each episode as they need to. And afterwards they cut it to the tv length.

So the episodes aren't realy planned for the length of a tv episode at all, so things like in the last episode happen. And beacause on the blu ray they don't have a limitation of the lenght of each episode, they will of course put the complete version of the episodes on it.

This one will not be checking if it's any better cause the TV series did not make me want to get the BluRays.

Ending is the beginning of FSN... what more? Ehem...
I'm really tired of the music of this season, lot of Tokyo Konsei, what did you try, KenjiYuki? But finally, the last moment, she released her Kara no Kyoukai soul using the kajiurago from a Kalafina song and I loved it! I hope they include it in the CD.

I hope that arrangement of to the beginning is on the OST :dote:
a little disappointed with the ending, but I guess I'll have to start watching Fate/Stay Night now to understand it better :ohoho:

It really demonstrates the problem with prequels from the writer's POV...the only ending you can have is one, and it's the ending that everyone expects! :uh..: There wasn't much room to shuffle things around. I was a bit surprised though that
Aoi survives...not only did Kariya not successfully strangle her but she's presumably mentally handicapped/traumatised and can't survive the next fourteen years to star in the F/S N sequel. I'm not sure why they didn't write her out of the story completely and let the poor lady rest in peace!
:rain:

Putting that and obvious issue of its 'prequel' status to one side, this wasn't a bad way to see it off...it even had some
nekkid Gilgamesh
for the fangirls. :sparkleguy:

All I want now is a blu-ray of this that costs less than £700. Yes, I know I paid silly money for the KnK box set but I only did that because I expected it to be a one-off. I can has rewatch for a sensible RRP next time, pls?

...and I thought that AUD$455 for the Haruhi Suzumiya blu-ray box set was expensive.

That IS expensive! :omg: UP1 currently list the first F/Z box set at £344, but the second one is now on preorder for £310 so it's not quite as much as I thought. Not far off though.

Don't get me wrong; I think it's right that I *pay* for stuff instead of downloading it for free and I usually do buy the DVDs/CDs when they're available, but still...that's a lot whichever way you look at it. I really don't have any choice but to wait and hope a more affordable version goes on sale later on, sadly.
