I don't know when on nico but Itsuka tenma no kuro usagi was up pretty much immediately after the broadcast. Also of note - niconico usually has region restrictions on their simulcasts so you might need proxies to view the shows.

PS. LiSA's song sucks major donkey balls. I do think they picked the best part for the commercials so if you didn't like that...

OMG that particular sample was true ear cancer so I cant imagine how the rest will sound like Seriously, whoever decided so that she does the OP song has a really bad taste.
