Disclaimer: I have a bias to Kaori's vocal, so....
Everlasting song (Live): Great composition, very beautiful 'flow' of sound. And of course Kajiura's chorus arrangement is very complex, yet smooth and appealing. And the girls in live #2 executed these choruses flawlessly and provided a great chance to show the characteristic of their voices.
Dream scape: One of Kaori's very early song already strike me with the her bright, detailed vocal. Plus she her part so accurately done.
Cynical world: I don't know about this, but I really love Keiko sexy low voice (Live #5 CD). Compared to the original Emily Bindinger version (Fiction 2003), she showed more details in her vocal. (In fact I feel Emily is lacking vocal details throughout the whole CD of Fiction). And also the violin improvisation is awesome and unusual (I think) to Konno. Uillean pipes is quite unusual too.
Key of the twilight (Kaori Live only) : I can't elaborate too much on this other than Kaori's well controlled voice. Love it even more with the violin solo.
Actually I think she didn't just sing every note accurately. Some singer can do that too, maybe better even. But she also give out so much details (high and lows in each note) into the song, and still well under controlled. While some other singers, when s/he stresses on a note it goes distorted (sounds like shouting) or out-of-note. That's what (I think) makes her so special.

the kajiuran at the beginning is a wonderful addition, and I like listening to the combination of all of their voices, it's beautiful
The canon is beautiful, Keiko's soft and detailed singing is haunting and the lyrics are sad and pretty.
