I've tried some today at a big chain restaurant.

Not fantastic (too many fundamental mistakes made by the kitchen :blood:

) but I can already see the potential in this cuisine! :stars:

Had teppanyaki for dinner at this nice restaurant called Hanazono in Surfer's Paradise when we went up to Queensland on the weekend.

...the chef threw eggs at us to catch with our mouths ...and he didn't aim for the people he didn't like :XD:

...and he set this tower of onion rings on fire, which was really cool, though I think I almost got my nose burned off by the towering flames :ohoho:

And in contrast to all this delicious classy gourmet food, we had a sports barbie at school last Wednesday and I had two or three snags (which were just as yummy). Like this:
