Complain about all!

^ That's really strange. Hopefully you're not getting sick.

My language arts teacher apparently has no control over the class. I literally have seen this happen: "Class be quiet!" -class barely quiets down, but is right back to full volume in 30 seconds-. Rinse and repeat. This is made worse because we're writing an essay right now, and I can't think with all the background noise. And the worse thing about it: We can't listen to music, unlike last year. I wish I could drown out everyone with some purifying Kajiura, but I can't.... :comeback:

turns out my schedule wasn't as perfect as I thought and now I have to drop a class. problem is, I can't decide which one because I don't know if the same prof will be teaching one of them next semester and I'm getting very stressed because classes start tomorrow why didn't I address this earlier someone send help

@Westkana: I do have scholiosis and had surgery so my back is always hurting, but that was really weird. I hope I am not getting sick too, although I think I have a slight cold right now.

lol you like described almost all of my classes. Maths was like that today which is strange, usually everyone is really quiet for Ms Min since she's the middle years co-ordinator for maths. But I mean it was a double so:bye:. Everyone was especially rowdy since she was late. People were playing soccer at the back of class with a balloon and people were constantly just coming in and out of class. Why does nobody just want to study :touched:.

So today I had my first official singing lesson with my new teacher and... just...:uh..: Firstly for warm ups she doesn't use a piano like every other teacher I've had she has an app. Yes she uses an app an app that's like 10 years old. It's tricky to pitch to and I'm not confident she ended up doing the entire thing on piano anyway since I was looking at her the whole time. She's like "omg my piano skills are bad so i use an app instead:faint:"
legitimately they're fine. I can't even play piano so she instantly does better than me. We're doing Imagine by John Lennon since I did it before in 3rd grade.... I don't think my teacher understands that I barley remember the song since that was 5 years ago. The only interesting thing she did was change the key throughout the song so I could expand my range a little more but it took her like 10 minutes to figure out, so i was just standing their like:spotlight:. And then we agreed on a key change agreement that started in the alto range and went higher but it's RIDICULOUSLY HIGHER! the first verse is like "Let's be Keiko" and the second verse is like "Let's be Wakana with all these INSANELY high notes from heavenly blue!" My voice just doesn't do that rn and I love how she tells me to end my words WHEN SHE DOESN'T DO IT! YOU'RE INFLUENCING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She can end her notes really nasally too... It sounds horrible:ouch: I swear if some of this doesn't improve next year I'm switching teachers. Part of me wants to give her the Magia score with the English lyrics from Leeandlie but I don't want her to break my heart and be like":listen: "That song has a vocal range not appropriate for singing lessons"

tl;dr with my first singing lesson with my new teacher I learnt this:
-for warm ups she doesn't use a piano like every other teacher I've had she has an app. Yes she uses an app an app that's like 10 years old.
- She thinks she can't play piano
- She wants me to be a soprano which won't happen
-My teacher can't sing low
-My teacher is a soprano
- My teacher changed the keys so one verse is Keiko and the other is like Heavenly Blue Wakana (It's too hard and my voice is strained:touched:)
- she tells me to end my words WHEN SHE DOESN'T DO IT! SHE'S INFLUENCING ME!!!!!!!!!
- She sounds nasally sometimes and it sounds horrible

Wow /-:... is that a school singing teacher or an outside one?

The school hired her along with someone else who migrated from Canada. I'm probably going to have to stick it out since I don't want to waste dad's money. I know of one teacher who was a friend of my old teacher and replaced her when she was in England. Her name is Rachel and she lives near that small fast food place with the Finding Nemo stuff that was on the news two years ago. Other than that I know can't remember anything else about her. I might try and email my old teacher and dig some stuff up because I'm really not enjoying music right now, which is odd. I've always loved it. Still, a challenge. I'll have to develop skills to teach myself just like my cousin did with her poor schooling education, developing new skills... I like that idea. I'm definitely going to try and get moved next year though. Thanks for the help though, I'll defiantly consider it if I can't get in touch with Rachel or if she already teaches too many students.

^I wish I could take singing lessons. I don't have enough wind power I don't think. I can sing well, I think anyways. I like singing in church (I am one of the only ones, besides my mom. It really is sad since when I go to St. Lucy's and everyone is singing together it really is powerful.) and with Kalafina and others, but I don't think I could have the stamina for singing lessons. I just won't ever sound as good as Yuki's singers or others that I like. I don't know... it's kind of like violin too when I listen to or watch Lindsey Stirling and Konno. I took lessons because of Yuki, but it's because of that that I'm discouraged. It's contradicting I know. Heh *sigh* I just play for fun which is kind of bad since I don't practice as much as I should. And with my back too it's hard. And my teacher's retiring at the end of the year so I'm really sad and torn, do I get a new one or play by myself for awhile? I"m taking Suzuki which is learning the song by ear (or you're supposed to) so I could play by myself, but I need a teacher I think. Okay, sorry for that rant.

My left side is really hurting today. Well, it has been for the last couple of days. I think it's because I got Botox on Monday (I get it for my headaches) but it's like it's asleep or something. It's really weird. Ice helps somewhat, and I'm supposed to have my trainer today. Well, I'm going to go still but not sure how much I can do. Ugh, I hate being in pain all the time. I think I'm going to go to the pool tomorrow. Also now it's really windy and cool out. I like the cooler weather thing, since it's been really hot and humid lately, but the wind is bad since it blows my hair and that's what happened yesterday. I have an interview tomorrow and I don't want to go outside if it will blow my hair around. I have short hair for that reason, since it gets frizzy and puffy when it's like this. Ugh, okay I'm done now.

I was hoping to get a long-standing issue sorted out about access to and correction and verification of information that is held about one's telephone services, but 7 year's later I'm still trying to get it sorted out.

My back has been hurting the past couple of days and I don't know why... It randomly just hurting in 3rd period.

It's okay dude the point is you do it because you want to. Their are heaps of people who are worse Konno and Lindsey. I have a case of cerebral palsy, so essentially anything I do turns out bad. I've been doing guitar for two years now and I only know the G major scale(although I always forget about practise). Anything requiring motor skill just instantly fails. Singing and Computer Skills are like the only two things I can do with no disadvantage (although I'm probably exaggerating a little).

i don't normally get irked by the fact that smej keeps kalafina official youtube channel available to japanese only but goddammit amazarashi's youtube channel is available worldwide and while they've been around since 2006 their name just recently got more attention. but seriously amazarashi already has a youtube channel and they already have an international website even though afaik they haven't go on an international concert. but according to an interview with them the website keeps them in touch with foreigners who are interested in their music. kalafina on the other hand has gone to america, South east asia, china and around, plus Europe but they still don't have an international site of their own and a youtube channel available worldwide. both of them are signed under sony, though amazarashi is signed under sony music associates record (SMAR) but still it's a part of smej. even amazarashi's youtube channel is amazarashi SMEJ. and a lot of people around the world commented on their video, which is an enough proof that having an international site and youtube channel is a great promotion. idk who's to blame, their label (smej) or their management (space craft).

Probably both partly. At least Kalafina acknowledges the international fans knowing that we exist and care. Kalafina are really passionate when it comes so singing to an international audience trying to make the best experience possible, it just makes me want to hug them!:dote:

Well actually Sony just opened an international Youtube channel. With only one 30-seconds CM of One Light...

Only just now putting CLIPS of the latest song? *sighs* SMEJ are idiots. Seriously. I've talked to and bought from indie labels who do a better job than them, and are more thoughtful towards their fans...who are, at the end of the day, the people who are buying their records and concert tickets. It just annoys me when industry folks whinge about how piracy is killing music, but do their jobs so badly that they make it harder for us to buy it through legal channels (instead of downloading, bootlegging and importing). And yes, importing isn't good either. I could've bought the Red and Blue Day blu-rays with all the money I've had to spend over the years on customs fees for their other stuff.

I'm sure there are lots of dedicated and competent people working for them, but as often happens: hard work and talent of individuals often gets lost and overlooked when they're inside a huge corporate machine.

^Yeah, you can already hear/see the tv size of One Light both in the anime and on YouTube (I think). So a 30 second clip is ridiculous, since you can't even hear most of the song. Maybe it's because they don't want the PVs out? But then VEVO has a lot of their PVs, so I don't know how to feel about it.

Still sore today and headache. And I am getting this weird tingling in my right hand. This has happened in my left one, but never my right. It feels weird when actually doing things like typing, or every day things. Ugh, can one thing hurt at one time please?

^ 3 is a lot...?

Anyway, I would have to agree. Either they need to open their SMEJ channel to the outside world, or update their VEVO channel with all (or at least most) of their PVs.

Heck, both Eir Aoi and GARNiDELiA update their VEVO, and they're less popular outside of Japan (at least Garny...?) than Kalafina. Both of their channels are only missing their most recent PVs, Cynthia no Hikari and ARiA, respectively.

^Oh, sorry. I guess I haven't been to that channel in awhile. There might have been more and then Sony might have been like :stupidtable: take them down! (I've always never have been a fan of Sony... but when Kala and Yuki started producing through Sony Music I started to like them a little more, I guess that part of it anyways, except for their marketing scheme anyways. heh)

I hate motorcycles! Ugh... most people don't wear a helmet, and it's usually the ones that ride with a passenger too, though I did see two the other day that both had helmets on, and I applauded them. Plus they are loud, they are dangerous (my priest had a motorcycle flip over his car and the driver had died because he wasn't wearing a helmet. It wasn't the priest's fault because the guy was weaving in an out of traffic) and there's this one that just rides around the block at night from about 10 until past 2 a.m. It's very rude to people who are trying to sleep. Then there are zip bikes... there's one of those too and they look even more dangerous and are annoying. Sorry if anyone here loves/likes them, and it's fine to do so if you wear a helmet and pay attention to other cars, but most don't. Okay, end rant.

I can't sleep :uh..:. It's 2 AM where I am, and I'm pretty much unable to sleep right now... I'm tired, but I just can't get to sleep...

I need some of Hikaru's sleep powers right now.
