Hey, I just wondered what the background lyrics are in Aria for the stanza where Hikaru sings:
"Nee hito wa itsu made hitori de
Futari ni kogarete iku no darou
Mada kimi no kirei na mirai wa
Hajimatta bakari"
It's only the first line that is different, but all I can clearly make out is "kono yamanai". So I wondered if anyone knew? And also knew the meaning of it?
Thanks,
Maikeru

Cant be arsed to check if it's in the lyrics somewhere (probably not) so if anyone cares to decipher here's just keiko on mediafire:

Here's what I hear now that I have headphones:

Kono yama nai namida ni narou de
Futari ni kogarete iku no darou
Mada kimi no kirei na mirai wa
Hajimatta (harmony)

So except for the first line it is the same stanza as what Hikaru sings.

Can't hear that in what I posted (for me it's a clear 'xxx namida no naka de') but I don't know Japanese.

I hear "kono yamanai namida no naka de"

it grammatically makes sense so I would assume that youre right

I'm inclined to agree with "kono yamanai namida no naka de". Thank you everyone for helping. I wonder if anyone knows what it means, and perhaps it should be added to the ARIA lyrics page?

この止まない涙の中で = within these neverending tears
see also "kono yamanai ame no naka de" earlier = "within this neverending rain"

EDIT: I also listened to it (stupid enough to not notice Grunty had uploaded a Keiko-only version so I just reapplied the filter), I hear "kono yamanai namida no naka de" very clearly. Thanks @grunty
