Yea her song in Parade sounds like Wakana too.
I think rito was chosen as Hikaru substitute and Lino Leia for Wakana (btw these are probably the "future plans for Kalafina" she talked about in that twitter announcement when the anniversary live was announced) , but i guess YK didnt forsee what Keiko would do. I guess Emiko Suzuki might turn out even better on some songs though.

Well, I guess we might be lucky in this case the bluray audio might end up being hirez if it's 24bit/48kHz...
 
Nope, neither available in the japanese Spotify.
I'm not sure if its available to buy... I only can purchase full album with 25 tracks, so I guess Aimer's tracks are included.

I'm not sure if I agree with this idea. There's no way Kajiura would have been planning to do Kalafina in the absence of Hikaru and Wakana (replacing them with rito and LINO LEIA.

For one, she never had the trademark for Kalafina (unless I'm wrong), and I don't think SC would sit by and let that slide.

Secondly, the fans wouldn't accept any attempt to do the songs without the original singers, as we've seen that Kajiura self-covers minus just one person (W) inevitably bring out unfair comparisons and complaints.

I don't know? Following your logic, maybe having an unofficial sub-unit/cover "group" of FictionJunction to do in-live Kalafina covers (like in YKL#2) but not as "Kalafina", NOT using the name.

What was the point in Kajiura mentioning efforts to "bring back Kalafina" in her tweet responding to Kalafina coming back for a reunion (without her), and mentioning Keiko and Hikaru by name saying she had discussed with them, if she was intending to replace the ladies?

Would Keiko and Hikaru have been accepting of Kajiura replacing any of them officially to "relaunch Kalafina", assuming it was even only Wakana that would be left behind?

Or, following that logic further, could we then, fictionally, postulate that Keiko and Hikaru accepted SC's offer to reunite without Kajiura as a way to block her off from being able to enact her dastardly plan to exclude them from the group, hence claiming it for themselves. Maybe that's why rito left, because the chess game was over???

Theoritically all possibilities are possible unless officially denied, then again maybe she was waiting for LL to improve and relaunch Kalafina with her Hikaru and Keiko, like in that ring your bell performance.

I agree we don't know everything, but I really feel the 3 ladies (H,W, K) are too close to agree to excluding W to relaunch Kalafina.

I also don't think it's possible without SC INVOLVEMENT. Wakana being with them guarantees that nothing can be done officially regarding Kalafina without her or them being a part of it.

I actually like the current format more as it forces her to work with many different people (just like before Kalafina) instead of being stuck with 3 or 4 . What i dont like is the production rate. Lets hope with the new home studio it goes up :)
