It means that Kajiura only pretended to sing, while the voice is playback. And I don't think I have to explain it here. Now I understand the feeling of 'cannot say anything bad about Kajiura and her utahimes'.
 
^ I didnt said that you cant, I just said that you were wrong as of the lip synch, how can a playback still be heard when all the other (live) sounds cover it ?
 
You guys must be better-versed in matters like this, I can't tell if it was lip-synch or not. But was Yuki's part in the studio version? If not, I don't quite get why go through the trouble of adding it to the live version just to record and mouth it along. :confu: And if you want nothing but to sing along with the singers merrily, one doesn't usually need a mic or bother to pre-record it. :confu:

The day 2 tracklist is TERRIFIC! Not all what I expected, but some tracks I didn't even dream of finding there! Romance, Kibou no Miyako Windblum, Sweet Memories, Numquam Vincar... And then there's Eri? With Voices Silently Sing, I Talk to the Rain and Hepatica? :sohappy: Btw, does she also provide the vocal for Moonflower, Canta Per Me and A Farewell Song? :ayashii: :ayashii: :ayashii: This is simply rich. :nosebleed: :ohoho:

She did moonflower, I talk to the rain, hepatica, voices silently sing and a farewell song.
 
Wakana forgot her lyrics in the last chorus of eternal blue, by the way. She sang it "Horobi yuku, sekai no yume o nanjite" - Don't know where the na comes from. Maybe she remembered the lyrics as "sekai no yume o naka e" or something. And Kaori's voice in her "eternal blue" is disturbing.

Apparently it was just Kanako Katou (accordion guest) solo. It was only Korenaga and Katou on stage for the first three tracks (Korenaga only played in romance though).

Everybody else got on stage for Crush.
 
just got back from the live. IT WAS AMAZING~ i'll write my review on it when the song list is up..i didn't write anything since i was enjoying the concert and forgot. i remember the opening was a "WHAM BAM in your face" kinda opening and it was sooo good. there were some historia tracks :dote: my favorite was i swear...keiko sounded so lovely :nosebleed: wakana sounded amazing during long forgotten cloistered sleep, but other than that she didn't really stand out much to me (which is weird because i consider her my baby :XD: )..now kasahara was just...wow...she was utterly amazing..her voice :nosebleed:

Yeh, I thought the same time. A couple of the harmonies could have been cut out. Sometimes these big harmony parts just don't work live, because in the studio versions some of the singers are just distant spectral voices adding a highlight.

Anyway, agreed with grunty about Kajiura on stone cold. It's lip-synch. Look at 2:03 on the youtube video. There's her voice in "imi wo aru darou" while she's already stopped singing.

I see what you're saying, but I gotta ask.. Would she really go to all that effort for a part you can barely hear to begin with? I mean, it's not like she can't sing. :P
 
The setlist looks delicious. The only thing I'd add is Limits, but oh well. And there's a SAO song, I wonder which one it is (most likely the fast one we first heard in ep 2 :shy: ). And I hope this M33 thing is only for the sake of not spoilering the OST tracklist, right? :knife:

All in all, it's awesome. I sure like the three day format - Yuki can include more songs this way without having to make room for obligatory pieces like Everlasting Song or premiering songs like Distance. And c'mon, DA FIRST INSTRUMENTAL OST LIVE! :kungfu: It's quite a milestone, which makes all the worthier of a DVD release.

Though in any case, we at least have another FJ live concert, thanks to the people already mentioned and thanked above. :bow: :TdT:

Please please please, let there be a DVD release. :omg: :omg: It's Eri, Yuri, and Hanae all in one even if they're not on stage together at the same time.
