+1...I can go for Live vol.9 during that timeslot (I can but I didn't say that I will) but the content of the next live is so skeptical for me that should I go for the live if it's a kind of new FJ album promoting... :uh..: (esp. comparing to the awesome setlists&guests from Live8...)

BTW...the early announcement of Live9+the drastic changes on the second day setlist made me feel like we won't get Vol8 DVD at this situation...(dunno why...don't ask me...it's just what I felt... :cry: )
 
^ Personally, I'm afraid I agree with you. The way it seems right now, we're either going to get a Live #9 DVD or no DVD at all. :leaf:
 
Relax. We don't even know if there'll be an album to promote. :XD:

I know...it's nice to have Kala DVDs, but I miss Kaori and Yuriko and Kajiura-sensei too.

If the drought continues, maybe we could start a petition! :ayashii:
 
As far as I know they dont make the "special" ones into DVD (see vol 3 and 5). So we dont have much hope for vol9. ME wants vol 8!!

(although vol 9 is more likely to have All Fate.Zero vocal songs, including the PV music and the Rider hoplites summon one. :cry: since the release of the 2nd BD box will be getting close)
 
We've yet to hear OST 2, but so far Fate/Zero's vocal parts are heavy on Tokyo Konsei... And I don't recall a single time a Tokyo Konsei song was performed at YK lives...
 
^ Isnt 'the battle is to the strong Tokyo Konsei'? Also salva nos. Well they might not be 100% but they have a good percent. A song of storm and fire and voices silently sing have chorus by them too in the original ver.

I thought it was a Hanae song, like Let the Stars Fall Down? :confu: And Salva Nos is originally a Yuriko song. A Song of Storm and Fire is a good example, though. :ayashii:

Personally I'd like to have a FJ DVD instead of Kalafina one :uh..:
 
I think I'll second that... FJ lives have Yuki, and her radiant smile alone is a great bonus. :dote:
Besides, Kalafina lives are naturally about Kalafina songs, while a Yuki Kajiura live is about OSTs as much as songs. :ayashii:

Are these live shows that regular people can buy tickets for, or are tickets offered to fanclub members first?
 
^ Those tweets are basically all just saying "the next Kajiura live, volume 9, has been decided in the new National Theater for three days from August 31st to September 2". There's no information on tickets in there, so that stuff might not have been decided yet.
 
^ Yup. It's actually called "New National Theater" and it's around the Shibuya area. Apparently it hosts a lot of opera and ballet performances. Here's the website for it (in English, thank goodness) :sparkleguy:

I can't find any information on the site about FJ performing there, though. The schedule might not have been updated... :uh..:

Yup, the schedule hasn't been updated. It goes until August, but there's nothing listed on it yet.

It depends. For Kajiura family related lives, tickets are offered to fanclub members first, as in they can book their tickets in advance ahead of everyone else and the seats are decided by raffles. We'll just have to wait for further announcements regarding this particular live but I have a feeling they'll do things like they've always done.
 
^^Thanks ninetales and Keiri, maybe it's time to invest in a mail-forwarding service and fanclub membership...
