Concerning Storm and It's Only the Fairy-tale, I think Kaori's voice will suit them better.
And as good as Yuriko might sound on Saints, I'll opt to hear Fion perform live ANYTIME.
Also, while Red Rose would be awesome, it won't be the same without the pipes, so they'd need to bring Jerry O'Sullivan or some other player.
(speaking of which, I wonder if Yuki's ever considered bringing the original performers from NYC... It may be troublesome, but isn't it possible for Emily to come over to Japan for at least one concert?
