I'm totally up for Yuki returning to compose new songs for Kalafina, but I'm afraid of creating expectations for nothing.

Imagine a duet between the two of them. Two opposites in terms of performance style and temperament (Muichiro versus Rengoku).

Hope YK has already made the ed song for Madoka with FJ. They need more recognition than Kalafina.
Also, still wish that she kinda makes a new duet unit with Emiko and Lino-Leia to catch new fans

I agree and agree. FictionJunction needs to her recognized and not just Kajiura but also the ladies.

Joelle gained at least a few fans through singing the L.O.R.D. theme, just like Yuuka did with her FJY career, and the Kalafina ladies with all the music written for them.

I am not wishing she changes her personality, but I wish Kajiura had a more deliberately present personal branding at least for her own shows (smiling towards the camera with that her lovely grin, sharper costuming, etc).

I always like Kajiura's songs that are directly composed or alternated as solo vocals with just her on the keyboard - for example with Eri, Aimer, Joelle, etc.

Maybe an album of these kinds of acoustic collaborations released as "FICTION Duets". Each song will be a true showcase of singers she admires at their brightest vocally, only interacting with Kajiura on the keyboard.

Acoustic songs tend to be a more precise expression of vocal skill and emotional color because of a slower pace and not needing to sing over a louder instrumental foundation of the full band.

This only means one thing. There was nothing that stops Wakana from working with Kajiura despite Kajiura not being of SpaceCraft anymore.

When I saw Spacecraft proudly presenting Yuki Kajiura ft. Yuuka recently I was like “ Whoa The audacity. “ oh well. I am just happy that Yuuka is back. Yuuka excels a lot in Fictionjunction music.

I am happy that EMIKO is now full time YKL familia!
As much as I miss Keiko, I am really looking forward to the energy Emiko brings to the YKL. It gives me the same feeling when I first watch YKL #2. Sounds new and exciting that time.

I hope Kajiura will cover her own famous songs she recently made like Akeboshi, Shirogane, Shine in the Cruel Night, etc. with Aoi Teshima, HYDE, LiSa, Milet etc.

But to be honest, I am excited also for a lot Kalafina songs played and sung YUKI KAJIURA LIVE STYLE. Imagine how people will react once they start performing songs like Alleluia, Ongaku, Seventh Heaven, Red Moon and many more.

Yuuka performed with Kajiura at some Flying Dog event not long after she left SC. I think the problem might've been specifically with the manager that wanted to take over Kalafina. And that manager might've also been Wakana's manager idk, too lazy to check hue.

they've reacted to Alleluia alright and most of them aren't exactly welcoming but most of the reactions I've seen was basically saying they couldn't accept Alleluia because they thought of it as Kajiura basically saying goodbye to working with Keiko (as if that's not the case for both parties already lol) and Kajiura being shady/a clapback towards Keiko/Kalafina because of the songs chosen by Kalafina in their 2025 anniversary concert, as well as that special summer stream on Keiko's channel. that being said as a proponent of Kalafina moving forward and separating from Kajiura my reaction was like, hmmm these people are overreacting. let Kajiura performs Kalafina and let Kalafina performs Kalafina. everyone should be happy that way.

Wakana hasn't shown and doesn't show any indication of wanting to work with Kajiura again. Hikaru is always an outlier because she only worked with Kajiura for Kalafina and her relationship with Kajiura always looked like the most professional one. Though there was a tweet from her that people read as if she was shading Kajiura but to me it didn't really read that way. Keiko made her choice and it was quite clear by now that she doesn't want to perform Kalafina songs not as Kalafina. not to overanalyze things but even in the pictures she took and posted for YKL20 rehearsals before the news about Kalafina 2025 reunion concert broke, she was already distancing herself from her fellow utahimes.

unless they pulled a special one time reunion for Madopurgis and tbh I don't want it either. but money is always a good reason and the money is gonna be a good so who knows. to be fair rather than Kajiura x Kalafina, I'd rather have Ozawa x Kalafina for Madopurgis. an end for Madoka, end for Kalafina x Kajiura, and a new beginning for Kalafina.

Yes Ozawa knows how to make Kajiura-like songs well and it wouldnt allienate the fans, some wouldnt even notice i think lol back when Ookami Kakushi came out some people even in this forum thought the Ozawa song for Yuuka was better than FJ's Toki no Mukou haha. She is a good choice for new producer.

Internal office politics... I'm just hoping that it's becoming more apparent to the Defenders of Kalafina that Kajiura didn't sabotage the group for pettiness. Enough aspersions have been cast on her.
