HA! I live in her CLOSET!
What does "sounding old" mean?a mature sound without sounding old
So Wakana sounded 30s but looked 20s. But Keiko looked and sounded 20s? What about when she made her voice really dark by lowering the larynx all the way down and swallowing the voice when she goes for that her epic stance/effect? Did she still sound "young" at those times or also sound "old" like the others?I thought Wakana was in her 30s when she was in her 20s lol. maybe the visual aided in that because I've watched Keiko since she's in her 20s and she looked like she was in her 20s
I am curious about the quality of what you mean by your use of the term "sounding old" or "sounding young". So Joelle has a brighter old voice? If she's "old" in age then her voice is appropriate to how she sounds right? Does she sound old all the time or in specific songs?Joelle has a brighter sound but she sounds old (and she's old) and i thought Emiko is the same age as Joelle![]()
One thing I believe is that Emiko doesn't try to prettify her voice to sound cute (like the other ladies may do to give an preferred J-singer image) neither in her physical movements. She embraces the darkness and weight and, I think, imitates the male tenor affect probably from listening a lot to her dad (in my fan imagination) with a bit of the aggressiveness mixed in - a tomboy in my view, but good-looking.
The two songs, "black rose" and "destination", wouldn't have sounded as POWERFUL if Emiko had tried to prettify her voice (or if anyone else had led them, in my view
