I'm not sure if this has been answered, but for the recipes, can it be a recipe we've found of a certain dish we like or does it have to be our own personal recipe?
For example:
I found a good recipe of a dish called 'x' in a cookbook.
I made my own recipe for a dish called 'x'.

I did not need to investigate because the details about the article was posted clearly there, and I already read it a few weeks ago.
I just did not know if the Indonesian team was gonna submit an article.
For Indonesian team, all I knew was just submitting recipes because from all the discussion I did via PM with Runa, we were only talking about submitting a recipe from each of us (Us means Runa and I). She also mentioned that another Indonesian CPM member will also submit a recipe.
So, I was referring to the Indonesian team on my previous post.

On teams you dont need to cook, just wirte a text about some of your country's traditiona foods.
Can you send me the current satate of the drawing to see how it is, im kinda curious.
Special K announced me via pm that lots of things occured to him so he leaves all project leadership to me, and he will just provide an article of his for the project.
So Im thinking that we shouldnt make a printed version since it will take lots of time to get printed and mailed to Yuki and might not arrive on time. Hmm...

VERTHAND'S DROPPED OUT OF THE PROJECT!!!!
Anyway, I have questions.
1. How long is a short summary in the feature-length article? About half an A4 page?
2. What do we write in the short summaries? Food history, pics, its taste and why YK should eat it?
3. About the total length of the book: If each short summary is half a page long, and each of us writes about 5 foods, then each feature-length article's average length is about 10 pages. We currently have 10 teams, so that makes 100 pages. We currently have 33 mems (excluding Verthand) so if each of us writes a 2-page article, we'll have 66 pages. Total is roughly 166 pages, which will exceed Special_K's plan (100 to 150 pages). Is that really ok or should we reduce the foods in short summaries to 3 or 4?
4. About the individual article: I've done this but I wanna ask this to confirm. In the short article, we write about the food's history / origin, recipe (if needed), where to find some ingredients (if we do recipe and some of them are hard to find), the specific taste, why we recommend this and lots of pics, right? Do we have to write a short letter / comment to YK?
Btw: Our team has an idea for the feature's length article but I still can't contact Cerise to discuss it, since she's nowhere to be found ...

1. No idea, make it as short/big as you want but since its a summary it shouldn't be more that 6-7 lines :)
2. Summary is a summary, I guess it can be the first paragraph of the big article which will present in few words the contains of the big one.
3. The food texts don't have to be huge [in the feature length articles], you can include all five (or less: you can write more about less food) in 1 or 2 or 3 pages + pics (these can be from the internet I guess) depending on how much you can write and have material for, after all this is joined with others so all together it will look big enough :)
Also since less people than expected seem to have submited their short articles I dunno how much the "short-article" part of the book will take in the end.

Need to scan & photoshop them into one pic..I drew YUUKA again because I messed up on her, and for KAORI I drew her 4 times because I messed up on her that many times

George, I don't think I can cook since I'm hard pressed for time and I have an important exam coming up
(worth 60% of my final marks 
) so could I just use pics from the internet? Or scan them in from a cookbook? Sorry... 
And I think I'll only have time to write a few short food summaries instead of a full recipe

Hmm, my recipes took 2 pages (with pictures). I believe Nick's will do the same. As for the article, the rough copy of it is about 6 pages (without pics). Is it too much?
