Yuki Kajiura Birthday Project 2012

Okay, so 3 days remiaing till the end of the deadline, and so far we have got 32 participants confirmed, with one doing only text correction. For those that havent decided if they want to participate yet, please think about it again :sparkleguy:

^If you would please PM me with what you are doing and if there is any designing I can do. And the text that needs correction. :dote:

Ugh, I won't be able to submit a recipe I haven't come up with anything remotely interesting...I'll probably just do some fan art. I don't really have time for anything else.

okay, just for confirmation, i'm participating 私はインドネシア人です

I have just finished writing the recipe :sohappy:

I had to steal a picture of the dish from the Internet because I can't cook here. The landlord and my housemate always use the kitchen to cook their stuffs :desksweat:

When is the deadline to submit the recipe?
This post says the deadline is at the end of June, but ummm... there is no specific time and date :confu:

@ aki, afterstory, and crystalpink:

Thank you very much!!

@Afterstory: are you going to send pictures too ? Please try to take them yourself :)

@crystalpink: right, we havent set a deadline for submissions yet but its probably going to be around the end of July.

@SP K: Can you came in chat to analyse the current progress and see how to proceed?

Gosh I feel like the world's biggest flake, but I'm afraid I won't be able to participate due to unavoidable family confrontations. I simply won't be ablt to get anything done in time.

Oh, still 1.5 months from today.
Okies, that's plenty of time for me to proofread, revise and edit my recipe.
I am trying my best to make the recipe easy to follow and to read :XD: :XD: :XD:

Ack, nobody from team Vietnam have replied to my post or p.m me. This can only mean one thing: I'm the only Vietnamese here!!! :rain: Seems like my plan some pages ago has gone down the drain ....

This is bad. I thought if there're other ppl doing Vietnamese food, someone will surely write about phở, which is a must-have if sb come to Vietnam, so I looked for sth nutritious, unique, easy to prepare and ended up writing about bánh mì (aka Vietnamese sandwich). Guess I'll have to change the subject into phở and rewrite my article :uh..:
By the way, since I'm the only one from my country, what about the big article of my country? Do I have to write it, too? And if there are groups lacking in members, I'd like to join.

Also, my English teacher said sth interesting about editing essays this morning, which I think may help in editing articles. It was sth like, after writing sth, proofread it until you think there're no more mistakes, then put the paper away. After some time (about 2-3 days or longer), take the paper out, proofread it again and surprisingly, you'll find some mistakes (b/c some researches show that most non-natives' English improve each day they use it). I tried this with my article, which I wrote last week and it works! Hope the info is helpful :XD:

^ Yes you can join some other team if you are the only one from Vietnam, I will update the participation log with the new participants and any other change asap :)

Thanks George :XD:
I'll try to get my new article ready this weekend if I have enough time. School has been kinda crazy ...
Oh, and do I also need to write the big article about my country if I'm in some other teams?

I want to apologize for my absence last week. I've got a lot of things to do in my job and many personal stuffs. :uh..:
I am writing my first recipe and hope I can send it this week.
Sorry for the convenience :rain:
