DVD only contains Live version of Lacrimosa, storia, progressive and Hikari no Senritsu... plus Documentary of Kalafina in Anime Boston 2009...

No, it was always released with the single/album.

After listening to Hoshi no Utai and reading the translation of the name to mean "Chant of the Stars" I was reminded of Ross Edwards' Symphony number 4, "Star Chant":
