Just putting this out here again. There are people like me who really like to read up on the singers, and CPM remains a premiere hotspot for that info.

The swap to clearer photos can really bring a sprinkle of life and color to the page. A lot of the photos look like they are from the 1990s/early 2000s: really low-res/grainy.

Anyway. I'm repeating it for the record. 😅
 
For some some of them its unavoidable like Emily Bindiger Deb Lyons or Emily Curtis, if you re going to find a more recent pic it ll be more crisp but they ll look older too. Also there we just have the pics on a similar size as the ones i found when @Kerahna had made the site. I dont know what new size would be good or what the server can handle @Sudrien. It not only me who decides :)

I wanted to bring up another suggestion - updating the profile text for recently active Kajiura singers, starting with Eri Ito. There is an inactive link to a blog she was running previously maybe in the early 2000s-2010s: http://homepage3.nifty.com/eri/

I think for new fans, the value and general impact of some of the singers who don't have a lot of modern social-media-driven momentum (Eri, Kasahara, etc.) like the Kala girls or the regular FJ or even the younger guest stars (ASCA, JUNNA, ReoNa, for instance) have, and are only seen/known on Kajiura's stage, would be shown if we could just point to their current pages/channels/projects/socials.

As long as they've been active within the past 5 years (since 2020) we can update their content with one or two lines of new happening and updated links.

@CloisteredFlame we forgot to make a profile text for rito (look above and below for info)

  • On Dec 1, 2021 was announced that Yuki Kajiura and Highway star would hold an audition for a new vocalist that will participate in a new FictionJunction Album that would be released on 2022.
  • On February 2022 was announced that the winner of the audition were not 1 but 2: Rito and LINO LEIA !
  • They appeared for the first time singing at Yuki Kajiura Live vol.#17 ～PARADE～August 11 and 12 performances!
  • On March 2023 the tracklist for the Parade album came out and in it the new vocalists Rito and LINO LEIA would sing Mō kimi no koto o mitakunai 「もう君のことを見たくない」 and Hachigatsu no orugan 「八月のオルガン」resprectively.
  • Rito was in YKL #17-20
  • On January 31, 2025, singer Rito and HighwayStar announced will quit the HighWayStar agency because her contract is ending / not renewed. This also means she quits from her FictionJunction activities and its apparently why her name wasn’t in the vol#21 lineup. In her announcement she said “The experiences I have had thus far remain, without question, precious treasures to me. Holding these treasures close, I have resolved to forge ahead on a new path. I intend to continue pursuing my own unique music from here on.” (machine translation)
