What current formating ? I use different formats depending om how many covers a release has. Eg for this one i used kagayaku's one.

Thank you i was planning to do it but you saved me from the trouble. As for the credits, i usually do them per disc like

Disc 1
Music arrangement lyrics vocals
Disc 2:
Music arrangement lyrics vocals

That way its less confusing
