Updating/Fixing the Discography

@george1234 - small Chao Tokyo is ok, large Chao Tokyo is showing as 400x500 pixels and still squashed.

small Kirai ni Naritai is 80x120 pixels and squashed, large Kirai ni Naritai is 300x500 pixels, looks correct proportion but isn't what I supplied to you,

Suhada~No Make: small image is 80x120 pixels and looks squashed, large image is 400x500 pixels, looks squashed and only works if you click on "click to enlarge" not on on the small image (the link from the small image to the large image has and address of "https://canta-per-me.net/images/covers/suhada-l.jpg.jpg" .

Please let me know when you've fixed them or if you want me to provide specific sized small images.

I see that the Chao Tokyo and Suhada~No Make~ images have been replaced, and I've fixed the URL that had ".jpg.jpg".

It appears that the Exit Trance and Hyper Yocomix covers haven't been added to the "Appearances" entries for each song.
