Thanks to aki's find, I checked on the Juliet (Yuuka Nanri, Rina Nakayama, Mayo & Kanako Sugawa) single in the discography.

On the MP3 file, the title is listed as 聖夜 Silent Night (せいや)

On the lyrics page, http://canta-per-me.net/lyrics/seiya/ the title is listed as:
Seiya 「聖夜」 (FictionJunction YUUKA)

On the discography entry http://canta-per-me.net/discography/seiya/ the track is listed as:

Seiya 「聖夜」 (5:06)

Although the cover scan clearly shows "聖夜 Silent Night"

Track 2, Get Into The Sun is missing an entry on the lyrics page.

and on the lyrics page, the Juliet version is not listed in "Appearances".

Question, why isn't:

たった一人のあなたへ / Tattahitori no Anata e (See-Saw, early best, track 11) listed?
 
Also, See-Saw tracks on early best and also on See-Saw and I Have a Dream are not listed as being on early best, when they should be.

Yes, I mean adding it to the lyrics entry for "Storm".

I would not have known that the track was still available except for finding the album title on the youtube comments for the song "Storm".

Also, See-Saw songs that appear on one of "I Have a Dream" and "See-Saw" and also appearing in "early best" are not listed as appearing in "early best".

The romaji is correct but the kana is incorrect on http://canta-per-me.net/lyrics/ (incorrectly has が instead of は)

kana is also incorrect on http://canta-per-me.net/lyrics/niteiru/

It also needs to have "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY Reunion Series Dai Yon Dan Tears - ReMix2013 -" track 2 listed under "Appearances".

Disc 2, track 1 leaves outs Chiaki Ishikawa as lyricist for "Ima Kono Shunkan ga Subete".

The double CD collection "機動戦士ガンダムSEED~SEED DESTINY THE BRIDGE: Songs from Gundam SEED & SEED DESTINY" is only listed in the chronological discography, not the per-project listing nor the alphabetical listing.
