"stone cold", eh? That sounds a lot more sensible, but it's still an interesting title for a Kajiura-sensei song. I wonder if someone else is writing the lyrics, like was done for Egao no Wake?

And unfortunately, since Yuuka's song isn't Kajiura-sensei-written, I'm not really interested. Plus Yuuka's voice is not my cup of tea, at least not usually.
 
+1 to ninetales. But i think I could love Yuuka's song, which usually I don't. For Ookamikakushi, I prefer Yuuka's Tsukishirube than FJ's Toki no Mukou actually. I prefer Yuuka's not-written-by-Yuki songs.. :uh..:

And pleaseeeee "hitori-goto" will be like Utsukushisaaaaaa because utsukushisa, like its title, is utsukushii..~~~ and yeah, with more Keiko and Yuriko pleaseee. hitori-goto makes me remember like utsukushisa because the way it written, actually. :XD:

No. Kajiura does all the jobs: lyrics, composition, arrangement.

I wonder if this means she's trying a new style? I'd love to hear an E.G.O.-style FJ song - something very techno, with a dominant beat and a lot of synth in it... :ayashii:

I personally like the titles, I'm thinking stone cold is going to be a darker theme? Maybe like lilica, which would be awesome. I will preorder this soon. :dote:

i wanted yuki to work on a gundam series though hmmm i wish i wish

and finally we'll be able to hear FictionJunction, i've waited for this! i expected FictionJunction YUUKA too

I think I'll put my guesses in writing now before any previews come out :plot:

If I were to be totally jaded:
Stone Cold will be like Parallel Hearts and Toki no Mukou: Wakana and Kaori singing lead with Keiko and Yuriko featured slightly in the bridge; lots of Konno-san; a solo from Koichi-san that's not half as long as it should be; an upbeat tempo but in a minor key.
Hitorigoto will be like Nohara: piano, strings, background chorus from Kaori, and Keiko singing lead.

If I were to be more optimistic:
Stone Cold will be like E.G.O.: Kaori singing lead with Keiko or Yuriko, Wakana as chorus; more background and solos from Koichi-san; a techno sound with lots of synth in a minor key.
Hitorigoto will be like Utsukushisa: Kara no Kyoukai-esque sound effects, cello, and Wakana singing lead with Keiko featured.

I wish I could hope for more solo Yuriko, but I don't think it'll happen in either case...but maybe Kajiura-sensei will surprise us :ayashii:
 
@murrue: Depends on the theme... but this one looks more shonen than the usual mecha anime which filled with politics etc. And I'm not into shonen ones these days... :blood:

Even "Stone Cold" sounds better than "Stop Cold"...it still reminds me "Cold Stone Creamery" :nosebleed: ...(cold&sweet icecram for summer....umm...surely..it isn't matched with the song or anime...!!! :XD: )

To think of that it maybe an Utsukushisa-ish song..dark&mysterious song suits Yuriko's voice as well... :plot: .
 
Now i don't have any rejection about the title "stone cold" for the single, because Sacred Seven is somewhat stone too. When I googled that Sacred Seven, what i've got is a picture of stones blablabla.
 
Any news about the broadcast premiere? July maybe? Single release will take a long time so TV Size is the best option for now.

i hope it has to be yuriko-neechan this time (she deserves it)

i miss yuuka-chan, she must have a new project too with the FictionJunction YUUKA title
