Wow, I love fandoms, they fight over "non-existent" pairings! LOL
 
^ I'm more of a Yukiko/Chie and Brosuke/Souji person. I don't mind Brosuke/Kan-G, either.

I was sold the minute Chie said she'd be Yukiko's "prince". Their shadows were basically proclaiming their undying love for each other, and even though I dislike Yukiko heavily, I still find it in me to ship it.
 
Ah, now I understand the real reason why I don't like Ryo...he uses a trackball instead of a mouse! :ohoho:

I don't like yaoi and yuri (especially yaoi, and especially in this case).
 
^ I don't mind whether it's yaoi or yuri or het; if the characters are cute together, I'll ship it.

I't just my own preference, there are yuri animes that's so hardcore I couldn't take it. :]
 
well in case of yuri and yaoi...
there's not much smexiness in anime adaptations :)
but their respective manga's pretty hardcore XD

the jokes [in yuri and specially yaoi] are funnier than the shojo ones :omg:

Well, the same goes for het... There's probably way more hentai het out there than there is yuri. idk, in any case, searching exclusively for yaoi, yuri or het is a bit silly, 'cause the gender doesn't change the overall quality of the work...

Fanart and fanfiction is where I get most of my pairings in a show from, anyway. It's boring if you ship the canon pairing.

Edit: Unless it's something like Shizuru/Natsuki, which is canon but hasn't been gone into much detail, since Mai-HiME isn't about Shizuru/Natsuki's ~*special love story*~... Especially since it's clearly so destructive a pairing, hmmm.

Or Kannazuki no Miko or Bakemonogatari or Haibane Renmei, which is basically a romance story between the two main characters. An interesting one, although Kannazuki no Miko is pre~tty awful in quality.

I amend my statement, then! It's boring if you only ship canon pairings.
 
99% I only ship canon pairings lol
That's generally the reason why I don't like yaoi and yuri, I simply don't like things that come out of nowhere
