I see no thread here to talk about Seiyuu :uh..:

So... What is Seiyuu ?? Look here in wikipedia

Lemme start with my favorite seiyuu:
- Paku Romi
- Kobayashi Yuu
- Tanaka Rie

and the most recent one... HIKASA YOKO !!! :dote:

-Houko Kuwashima! :sohappy:

-Shizuka Itou
-Daisuke Namikawa
 
There's a lot of significant new seiyus these past couple of years, I would suppose that these would be my most favourites.
- Kuwashima Hoko
- Ishida Akira
- Yukana
- Chiba Saeko
- Koshimizu Ami
- Namikawa Daisuke
- Enomoto Atsuko
- Ueda Kana
- Sakamoto Maaya
- Konishi Katsuyuki
 
Wow, You have Kuwashima Houko and Namikawa Daisuke. both are hard to identified :XD:
 
A seiyuu is an anime voice actor/actress

A few that come to mind:
-- Akira Ishida
-- Toshihiko Seki
-- Naomi Shindoh - I love her as Shizuru in My-Hime/My-Otome. I couldn't tell it was her in Gundam Seed!
-- Chiba Saeko
-- Rie Tanaka - so far from what I've seen, apart from Lacus Clyne, she plays characters you love to hate.
-- I love Yuuka Nanri as Nao Zhang in Mai-Otome and OAV's, hehe. I've only seen her in in the Mai- series and Macross Zero, though, it looks like she's been singing far more that doing seiyu work in the first place, but she's definitely talented.)
 
You're right, Yuuka's very talented as Seiyuu. I'd never realized that she's the one behind Nao before I saw the Cast :XD:

I think that Houko Kuwashima has a very unique voice.

I love her role in Maria+Holic as Matsurika, especially when she said "Mesubuta" to Kanako

-Mamiko Noto (Became a favourite as Limone in Simoun)
-Hanazawa Kana (Became a favourite as Hanato Kobato in Kobato)
-Inoue Marina (Became a favourite as Alicia Melchiott in Valkyria Chronicles)
-Sugita Tomokazu (Became a favourite as Tsuchimi Rin in Shuffle!)
 
Mine are

- Rie Tanaka (Have seen her in Hayate no Gotoku, as Maria, but maybe in other anime too XD)
- Maaya Sakamoto (Have seen her in both Tsubasa, Kara no Kyoukai and in other anime , eg this season she does a girl in 'Arakawa under the Bridge')
- Yuuka Nanri (I have seen Gunslinger Girl [season 1] in which she does Henrietta and is so :dote: )
- Kikuko Inoue (she does girl voices in many anime, but I think that the most notable is 'Ah my Goddess'), her voice is :dote: as well.
- Mizuki Nana is great too (Have seen her in Nanoha (as Fate), Earl and Fairy and I think she did Shiki's sister in KnK as well)
- Jimang (He does the narrator in Hayate no Gotoku and have seen him in many other anime, most of the times voicing the bad guys, no matter the role he sounds so funny XD, he's great!)
also I have some more favourite but I dont know their names (can recognise by anime character :XD: )

P.S: Oh I forgot about Inoue Marina XD, thanks Halo, yes her role in Valkyria was great (she has also done that little girl that wasnt talking in El Cazador XD)

No, that was Fujimura Ayumi. Mizuki Nana's role was Ouji Misaya in Knk 6 ;D

Her role as Lacus Clyne in Gundam Seed is one of the most legendary now. And it's the sole reason why I love her. :dote:

You know, when I was looking for info about Mai-Hime and Mai-Otome, that's when I first discovered about Yuki Kajiura. It mentioned FictionJunction YUUKA, and that Yuki wrote the music for Mai-Hime, which I so dearly love.

Maaya Sakomoto is awesome! I really loved her as Shiki. Alphard (Canaan) and Shiki = 2 of the most badass female anime characters I've ever seen.

As for Rie Tanaka, I love her original version of Mizu no Akashi, and she's great at playing insane characters, like Liang Qi in Canaan ("Get some! Get some! Get some!")

For the new talents, I like Hikasa Yoko (Mio Akiyama in K-ON!). She's very prospective :XD:

I totally agree.She was perfect as Shinku,i even liked her more than desu-sama's actress in Rozen Maiden(i mention that because everyone liked Suiseiseki and Suigintu more). But i might as well be biased because i am a Rozen Maiden fan :XD:

Oh I didnt know he does Snow in FF XIII , well... not that it matters since they sell the NA/ Europe ver of FF XIII without choice of language so we hear the english cast (but even in that case they surely choosed good actors this time).

I love his Sebastian character song :dote:
