Can't wait for symphonia... And next, focus on Kalafina Album 3 :knife:

I highly doubt they will release symphonia on a separate single (if they were planning to it would be released around the same time as Magia) or anyway it would have been announced already. Symphonia is more likely going to be in the 3rd album, but before that there should be released one more single, which I expect around July, if everything goes well with the catastrophy.

Yap, KAORI confirmed on op#5 and a fruitless love

I think this one is pretty forgettable compared to ost1.

Fion is free & interesting

But does Yuki find her voice fitting everywhere? That's another matter. :ayashii: She chooses vocalists based on what voice will fit this or that song. Maybe RHH2 is also the case where she preferred to emphasize instrumental parts?

but before that there should be released one more single

I kinda hoped for a game tie-in, specifically Tales of Xillia... :shy: But Ayumi Hamasaki's there already. :leaf: Oh well. :XD:

I think this one is pretty forgettable compared to ost1.

We'll see. :ayashii: Symphonia is already a must-listen for me, and the exerpt of Eri's track sounded very promising. Of course, my expectations are rather high in this case. But I predict at least up to four or five classics, plus a whole bunch of simply good music. There may well be more background pieces a-la Complications/Despair, but they won't shape out the whole album.

My copy came today. I'm loving it so far, almost more I think than the 1st. I'm on 'I am a small boat on the river' heh So far there has been an Egyptian type and India type song. (noisy and unrest is the India one, I like it) :sohappy: I will scan in the booklet when I get home, it is not much but there is a lot of writing (unfortunately I can't read it :XD: ) Chaotic is less chaotic than I thought it would be heh I mean that it's a slow song, but it's still good. Kind of like some of the Madoka ones.

I will give my full review once I can listen to it at home. (At work now so it's hard to hear)

^ There's also Indonesian's Gamelan in town of vigor, which surprised me at first hahaha...

I haven't gotten that far, heh I will probably have to wait until later to finish listening. So far I think one of my favorites is you can go your own way, so peaceful and beautiful viola (at least I think that's what it is).

All I can say is the RHH OST couldnt be more awesome than this, I just cant believe it, this soundtrack is as good as Tsubasa, Madlax and Petit Cossetee were back then :dote: :dote: :nosebleed: :nosebleed:    . For ,me, in this OST Yuki is back to her old self with the music inspired from various music genres and has awesome melodies and vocals !!!!!!!!!!!

I love ALL the tracks :dote: :dote: , except "forboding" which has obvious similarity with a track from Aquarian Age OST :XD:

Also Eri and Kasahara did their best on this ost, especially Eri has never sung like that (like in jubilee) :dote:

Alo I really like Kaori's vocals in both track, they give a mysterious and impressiveness fealling to the songs. I really wish Yuki uses her more in the future :dote:

Congrats Yuki!!! :sohappy: :shy:

:XD:
Ohhhhhh, Jubileeeeeeeeee :sohappy:

Edit again:
Ok, so I gave a quick listen through all of the tracks and oh! Many gems here and there. And I believe I have already said that but Jubilee is love.
Bad things that should happen has nothing to do with its name ahuahuahu

Hmmm...
...I think Yuki abused the trumpet in OP#7... what do you think? tell me...

I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning (and, estimatedly, half a day more after that :wai: )... I hope I can sleep tonight. :TdT: :XD: On the other hand, it seems we've got something to fully compensate the long wait for Madoka OST. :touched: Personally, I place RHH on the same shelf as Bee Train OSTs, Cossette and Xenosaga, and I'm happy to hear that this second album holds the plank. :sohappy: or even surpasses it? I don't recall George being so excited about RHH back then, although you can never count on my memory... :ayashii:
Anyway, this is officially a Yuki Kajiura spring by now. :cheer:

I 100% agree :XD:

are you sure you refer to op them 7 because I dont hear any trumpet :XD:

there are only some things that sound like SFX (vum vum) :confu: , I dont find it disturbing

@ Nick: Overall OST 2 surpassed OST 1 imo, OST 1 has some really good tracks but were only a kinda short number of the whole ost, while the rest were reminding of melodies from previous works. On the contrary, the melodies in OST 2 are all new (except forboding) and really good ones so I really apriciate that :dote: .

Ok, so my favorites tracks so far are:
Jubilee :nosebleed:
Noisy and Unrest
A Forced March
I am a small boat on a river
The Outbreak
You can go your own way
Town of vigor :dote:
The Breath of the era
a fruitless love
a tiny light

Not that I didn't like the others, far from it, but those are :sohappy: Especially Jubilee and Town of vigor, they stole my heart.

I know there's no trumpet. I didn't listen to the album, just the piece on the show... :ayashii:

I am in love with Symphonia now. :dote: It's simple yet beautiful. I must say I love the whole album as well, the only two I really didn't care for were foreboding and a reckless passion. But I will listen to them again to make sure.

My favorite tracks are:
a fruitless love (just amazing, I love Kaori's voice on this one)
chaotic (was hoping for it to be like frenetic, but I am kind of glad it is different, sounding a little darker)
jubilee (very beautiful as well I love the feel of it)
a forced march (reminds me of a song I play for violin heh I should learn how to play it)
you can go your own way (probably one of my most favorites, just so peaceful :dote: )
looking back to the past and bad things should happen (both good)

The rest are also good, it's a great album in all. I love it more than the 1st one too. I will scan in the booklet now. :shy:

Here are the booklet scans. Now if someone could translate page 2 (the 2nd scan)(unless there already is a translation)
:shy:
