In the end the only way to get the info on the Magia sheet music book was to take a photo of the last page which (I think) has the credits on it and upload the photo to my own server. The kanji is a bit above my level (hence why I can't type it out very easily) but I think it's referring to the people who compiled and edited it:

Sadly my comprehension skills can only decipher the mid April 2011 publishing date and the fact that it costs 750Y including tax!

I'm not fluent in reading standard notation either, but it looks pretty standard. It's spread across sixteen pages, with two and a half pages at the end that set out violin, viola and cello separately. I'm guessing there wasn't room in the main section, because the sheer number of instruments (voc 1, voc 2, voc 3, synth, guitar 1, guitar 2, bass and drums!) only leaves room for eight or nine bars per page!

tl;dr version: the ISBN and number of pages is correct so all you need is someone with the necessary knowledge of kanji to translate the credits.

The publisher wasn't explicitly stated, the only "corporation name" that was mentioned was "SPACE CRAFT ENTERTAINMENT" so I think that should be it?

Lyrics are included, both under the music staff and on their own separate pages like in the picture below. Kajiuriago is NOT included in either. The Dimensions are: 11 7/8" x 8 7/8" x 1/4" (30.2cm x 22.5 cm x 0.6 cm).
