To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the My-HiME TV broadcast, a CD-BOX containing re-recorded theme songs, insert songs, background music, and character songs from music products released by the Lantis label will be released on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Yes, this is literally an anniversary release. The original OSTs are not in print anymore from what I can tell so they might as well use an excuse for a new release. They haven't milked this franchise in 15 years.

I don't really know what you mean.
The HD masters that were released on Bluray are great quality for the period of time the anime was produced in.

Disc 1-2 are re-releases but the Kajiura announcement says all the theme songs are re-recorded so i guess that includes character songs and inserts ?

No, no. I'm pretty sure that's the usual bad translation/interpretation. They just mean re-released.
Like, when they say something's "previously not recorded" then it's previously unreleased.

Guess I could be wrong though...

Thanks for that listing from lantis twitter. As I already have the OSTs, I doubt I'll be getting this box if that's it - especially if there's difficulties actually getting it shipped outside Japan directly from shops...

Amazon seems to have updated with a new listing that is available to order without issues.

When the tracklist turns out to be different than the two og OSTs then it better still be available to order, lul.
 
Here is a nice suggestion : 20th Tsubasa Chronicles anniversary with all 4 soundscapes + character songs and op/ed + extra disc woth Tokyo Revelations music , come on flying dog
