Jazz does a lot with changing time signatures and repeating melodies so as to do minor variations.

I really enjoyed the continuous improvisational playing from the keyboard. I focused on that during part of the song and it was really skillful.

Not quite, I know the original. But in the video she begins medias in res and its kinda difficult to know did she made it in this video or not.

What I recognized is that since the birth of her son she uploaded Kinda some Videos and that her subscrivers inceeased immensely after one video

Well, the original was mixed for a studio/official single/album release. It also included multiple layered vocals and effects.

The version we are talking about is a cover recording from a studio live, and doesn't include any horn section (trumpets, horns, etc.), or multiple voices for the running harmony parts.

It's a different version with a smaller instrumental unit.

Not necessarily. It's just her channel has more content so the algorithm notices and puts it out more. Much better than having a dormant channel with just one video.

As people watch old YKL and FJ content, or search for Kaori on YouTube, they will little by little get recommended the videos from her channel, so more subscribers!

This is not an easy song! I’m curious if Revo has not performed this song since Kaori left in 2009.

I was hoping Kaori was available to maybe sing it during Revo's last Halloween concert or something.
Hopefully it can be revived with the current, mature Kaori.

Kaori totally shines in this song and shows why she's a highly-rated and expressive singer. Kajiura should really write an emotional ballad for her. In my honest view, this Kaori performance is equal to Wakana's beloved version of "Mizu no Akashi" from YKL4, in terms of vocal skill/interpretation.

This performance reminds of the beginning of "Miezaru no Ude". I really, REALLY hope she gets to sing that song again. I want to hear how she will approach the softer parts and of course the octave jump before the main chorus in that song.
