Kalafina's new single ~Kimi no Gin no Niwa~

^ While that's what it should be, I've gotten the Consolation LE A, TTB LE A, and Hikari Furu AE CDs, and they all played on my laptop's DVD player just fine. I don't think it [my DVD player] is region-free. Even if it is, I'm pretty sure on the back of those (and the Magia CD, which I don't own) it actually says NTSC Region: All, or something like that.
 
Lots of the later Kalafina singles have had region-free DVDs (I'm guessing everything from Kagayaku onwards? But I can't confirm this since I don't own all of them--I just know Lacrimosa and Seventh Heaven limited edition aren't region-free). Also, the Red Moon Live DVD is region-free. In fact, in recent memory, the only region-2 DVD has been the one included with the Best Live CD--kinda inexplicable, since you'd think that would get more international buyers than random singles.
 
I'm in Colombia and i can play the latest DVD since After Eden in my dvd player without problem :sohappy:
 
Thanks for the covers pic&Mysterioso upload.... Huhh...it's main melody is like the bright&cheerful remake of 'Maybe tomorrow'.... :uh..: . So the whole song isn't that fresh for me and it sounds quite random, even more than I feel from TTB. But I still prefer it over Mirai but less than Adore. Besides Maybe Tomorrow, I think of a song like Yume no Daichi, but it's more energetic. Another not much memorable b-side for me...Orz.

I like the duet (?) part between Wakana&Keiko and after that it sounds quite random... like we have various bridges from various songs put together and connected with instrumental parts, and end with that Maybe tomorrow-like verse.

A good thing I found in this song is Wakana doesn't strain herself so much in almost all part of the song. I mainly hear her chest voice and I think it'll be a song that isn't much difficult to handle at live for all of them.
 
^That's what I thought of too, maybe tomorrow, at least for the chorus. I think it's maybe a slowed down version of consolation? The background music for sure.
 
A part on me wants to believe that after the kara no kyoukai and MSMM hype is over, YK will be back to normal.
As much as these past few releases have been ok, I feel there is alot missing.

One thing is for sure... the next studio album will be filled with anime songs. :uh..:

Doubt it. The only album filled with anime songs is Seventh Heaven, and that's because of the 7 KnK movies.

From Alleluia, they'll probably leave Dolce out of the album, and from KnGnN, they'll probably leave Tsuioku since it has no ties with Madoka.
 
^ @arq: what do you mean by "back to normal" ? The Madoka hype isnt going to end soon, I heard there will be a new anime after the Rebellion movie.

also, seventh heaven album had more tie ins, 7 anime songs. So far we have 4 tie ins with these 2 singles, there will be max 2 tie in songs more.

@Kowz: dolce is ED for KnK extra chorus so it will probably be in.
 
I just feel that with all the anime songs she has had to write... I would like to see her throw some original stuff at us right now...

I wasn't making mention of seventh heaven because that album is in a different plain of existence.

We'll see in the future. ..
 
I have little hope that the FJ album won't contain the anime tie-in singles. Who's gonna to buy it--just us on this forum and the other hardcore Yuki fans? =P I don't want them included, from a selfish point of view, since I already own the singles... but as a business decision... Probably best to just hope for a long album.

I personally don't see any huge correlation between quality and anime tie-in or not. It's true Alleluia didn't blow my mind, but I really can't rule out tie-ins entirely when I think back to the KnK and Kuroshitsuji singles.

ugh site only has that misterioso CM, they are so lazy (they could at least give us a sample of the third song). :uh..:
