I don't think a children's song is a bad thing at all, it's probably going to be something sweet and happy sounding like Storia (which is my favorite Kalafina song) so I'm definitely looking forward to it!

Wow that song sound really childish, and I'm not sure it is from Minna no uta. Here is another Minna no Uta song:

Actually I liked the song, and if the show was like that I really hope for gentle voiced Keiko and a bit of happy Hikaru and maybe Wakana can get a part for herself. But dunno, anything Wakana sings always sounds tragic for me although the lyric is positive and the music is upbeat and happy...But still I hope for Keiko on this one. Her gentle voice is positive/hopeful sounding and not annoying like happy-Hikaru...

From what a blogger mentioned, Minna no Uta is not really a children's show. (I'm not sure if they're correct, but they sounded knowledgeable and said they watched it a lot.) According to them, some episodes can be more focused on children, but it has really more of a universal theme sometimes.

So Kala probably won't be singing anything too childish. After all, Velvet no Inori wasn't childish, and that was for The Velveteen Rabbit itself :XD:
I'm not just used to the idea of singing for a children's song, not that it's bad, but it's kind a different..So it's kind a informative show-teaching kids stuffs about something useful. :ayashii:

Yes or in the style of Hikari no Senritsu ^^

Perhaps it wouldn't hurt if I expected "moonfesta" to be something like Keiko's "Nohara" or Kalafina's "Hikari no Senritsu", eh?

No no ^^ It would be nice in the style of Hikari no Senritsu!

^ well I didnt mind the bridge in HnS but they part after it were Wkana wassinging everything with the same melody till the end made that part really boring.

^ Not to listen to any talking animals. :psst:

I can picture a lovely Keiko solo at least somewhere in there. :dote: Though, "storia" is the first song I think of when I think of "moonfesta".

:ohoho:

Well, when I looked at moonfesta, I immediately think about Hoshikuzu, storia, and Hikari no Senritsu although I denied this one, mostly. Agree with ninetales that if moonfesta is something like HnS, it should be much much shorter. Although I lean toward Hoshikuzu more, because both storia and HnS gave some "mature" feeling for me. Well, flute does that kind of effect to me, because flute give me some "traditional/old times" feeling more. If Minna no Uta will teach the children about how to appreciate their old time culture...

True, even when she sings happy songs like Hikari no Senritsu I still get slightly 'bittersweet' feelings...

I think her voice in 'earth song' was the most un-Wakana, un-melancholy I've ever heard her, though...she sounded much lighter...

For some reason, for Kala singing a kid's song I imagine Wacchan perhaps imitating Keiko's gentle voice, singing lower in her range (like the beginning of 'I have a dream') and sounding 'motherly' :XD: :shy:

I wonder if moonfesta will be ballad, since 'moon' implies ballad for me, but then 'festa' = 'festival' = upbeat? :confu: :ayashii:

Oh yeah, I have a dream Wakana could be nice. Even so, her voice in the chorus still have that "melancholy-feeling" for me :ayashii:

Just wait and hear :sohappy:

The flute solo is interminable for me, actually...and the two chorus repetitions in the end can get a little tedious. It's a good song, but I feel it could use some trimming :XD:

That would be interesting to hear, especially if she and Keiko duet back and forth like they did back in the Kimi ga Hikari days...
