Kalafina "Magia" 2011/02/16

Yeah, pity about the sound engineering fail...otherwise, those were a couple of pretty good performances...I like how Magia seems to get darker as the song goes on.
 
I also love the performance, especially Keiko's bridge part :nosebleed: , if the violin wasnt muted it would be a perfect performce :(
 
Can't say much about Magia live vocals are soft enough from the vid,plus I can hardly hear the instruments :orz:

Love the song,though I can't help but think Magia is somehow a 'darkened' version of Hikari no Senritsu,so I personally dub it as 'Yami no Senritsu'. :swt: :swt:

I loved the live. But yeah I agree that it was hard to hear everything. I can't wait to hear the studio version now, well more so than before. :sohappy: Only 11 more days!

I love the musical interludes (insane percussion <333), and Keiko's bridge, and Hikaru did a good job on the "nega-iiiiii"s (it doesn't sound like a very easy sound to drag out :XD:)

(Random: wish I could go to these sort of lives and watch artists perform while waving a glow stick in time to the music... looks really fun LOL)
 
I didn't like the performance itself, it seems a bit strange, but somehow I think it's the mixing. The yeeeeeeeeeeh in the beginning was a bit strange. I think I may like the recorded version, but the live was a bit...lame. But that's just my opinion. Best thing about the song: drums.
And since I really don't care about Kagayaku, I didn't pay much attention to it.

xD How can you say that about the "ehhheeeee-eeh-ehh". That's stuck in my head. Magia is Magic. xD... LOL :nosebleed:

^I didn't like Wakana doing it, same for the "toki wo koete" part. But I like the eeeeeeeeeh in the recorded version.
 
The bad thing is that Magia's B-side, snow falling, was used in KnK... xD So I can't use it in my fictions.

I loved the live.I liked how Hikaru looked so fierce and Keiko too.Also i love their makeup,but overall they could do better with Wakana's styling.The other two are wearing awesome hats,she could wear one too :ayashii:
I loved their singing,and not only Keiko's part,but sure,that's what was new in the live so i get how everyone loved that part :groucho:

edit:Oh i forgot.I think though that Hikaru should have performed in the middle.Just the feeling i get.
