Kalafina 「into the world / Märchen」20th single (Release April 5, 2017)

I think of the fotw photo shoots when I see this! Also I do agree that Keiko's dress looks a little awkward. About wearing shorts though... wasn't it really cold during their shoot? They had long jackets on in the picture that we saw. Maybe it's just because it's been recorded off of the tv that the sound is weird? Or is it this way for the studio... does anyone know? I LOVE the Arena live version... Keiko sounds pretty much the same. heh. Also, no one mentioned... sleeping Keiko, but not Hikaru?! lol Looking forward to this. Kind of wish there was a PV for Marchen as well.

Erm george? Keiko already had 2 lines in the tv size (that were different than this one, this one most likely be the bridge) so at the very least she got 4 lines lol

Im pleased but not that pleased since Keiko could be the lead vocal for the song but id take what i can have
 
Right now this is looking pretty nice. I like the short version, the dresses look good, the PV might actually have something happening in it and more Keiko than usual. Considering I also really like Into the World, this may well be the best release since KnGnN. Would be even better if they'd used the bonus postcard photos for the covers instead of the actual ones.
 
Well, now I'm hyped.
I couldn't see the dresses well, but although I don't see corsets so far, they're closer to their gothic style than whatever they've been wearing these recent years. I thiiink. Maybe.
Also, Märchen! The song sounds kinda different from what we've listened (IEN vol. 2) and it has more Keiko, apparently. Yeah, hype is real.
 
I really fought to explain that Märchen was not I.E.N.2, at least I know I'm somewhat correct. :innocent:

Anyway, Märchen PV, I already love and blast the song's TV size, but I see a neo-Gotchic Renaissance style with a Consolation-esque set? I am ____ING ECSTATIC.
 
Fuckin love when KEIKO self-harmonises!!!

I love the Marchën PV snippet ... actually convinced to get both versions of the LEs to get both PVs, but I just hate DVD formats bc of the region 2 restriction.....

I'm not sure if the DVDs that come with CDs are region locked- I have the DVD limited ver. of FotW and it works fine on a Region 1-locked DVD player (I know it's locked because the FotW special final DVD didn't work even though this did)
 
Yes! I was just saying about a Marchen PV! Wow... yeah, the light (into the world) and dark (marchen) is nice. It is different, more like consolation or Magia. Awesome! So can't wait for these 13 days (hopefully 12 if I am lucky with shipping) days!!!

And about the region thing. I can play the Lives on my Bluray just fine, but when I put in the Kalafina extra BD it does not work. It is odd that they restrict those DVD/BDs. *sigh* maybe with the new label they might let up on that? Here's to hoping.
 
Well singles with dark song and light song arent uncommon in Kalafina, we have these since storia c/w lirica or progressive c/w utsukushisa etc :)

funny I never had problems with the extra BDs or Concert BDs. It's really strange that some people can't play certain BDs or DVDs. Wonder what's up with that or if SME is just too dumb to make all BDs region-free. For DVDs I never had problems, as Japan has the same region code as Europe.
