Nice performance! Keiko totally at ease, awesome! I like Hi-chan's cute voice, it obviously fits the song. Well, Wakana, ehm...I suppose she doesn't feel comfortable with rock-anisong style xD Good perfermance, though.
Great performance by Kotoko, such a great artist. :love:

Really quite impressive. I've liked that song for quite a while, as well as KOTOKO in general. Collab was well done in my opinion, great performances from all four of them. Seems kind of weird to have them together although really both of them have significance to me, Kalafina because, well, it's Kalafina and KOTOKO because I distinctly recall the first time I ever actually bothered to go out of my way to acquire any Japanese music at all was due to her Re-Sublimity song for Kannazuki no Miko. I still haven't actually seen that series, but I remember really liking the song and downloading the single. I probably would've gotten into Kalafina anyway but later on, as my first exposure was through Lacrimosa when watching Kuroshitsuji, yet the people I regularly watched anime with always cut off as soon as the ED started regardless of what it was. Luckily by that point I was already looking into various artists who'd done the songs for series I'd seen and decided to grab Lacrimosa and it went from there.

That collab was AWESOME. Light My Fire was one of my favourite non-Kalafina songs, and this collab is like a dream come true!! :D
 
^ only part of their performance i didnt like was the engrishu bridge. If Kotoko cant handle the language why didnt she left Kalafina to do it ?
 
@george1234 I don't think Kotoko's english is that bad. Worse than Kala's but still enjoyable :tea:
That bridge always remembers me how japanese like random western references.

Is there any way you could trim Kalafina's performance from the torrent? I don't really feel like downloading a 7GB file just to watch one 3 minute performance.
 
@Smoshes on the bilibili video you have to go to part 3 and Kala starts around 54:30 - 55:00 (may pick up a bit of the end of the two guys' performance a bit before) and it finishes around 67:00 (including where they talk at the end, which is really cute :shy: )

What an amazing performance!! I swear all three of them were absolutely perfect on both songs!! :sohappy: :sohappy:

I only have one gripe though, and that's with the instrumental backing - did anyone else think it was kind of quiet and lacklustre? Like, at least because it was quiet you could hear the girls' voices clearly but for some reason, I think it was the drumming, both songs came across as way less energetic than how thye sound in the studio version, especially believe. Heavenly blue was a bit better. Were they accompanied by FBM, or was it Animax's own band? Because the drumming sounded really different and not as good as usual to me, and I normally don't notice those things...

The girls were perfect though. Absolutely no complaints there :love:
