"Kalafina Arena LIVE 2016" September 10-11 (Kobe World Memorial), 16-17 (Budokan)

MP3s are up on Putschki's blog and the vid is up on VK

I loved all the acoustics, nerves got to Hikaru a little and we need more choreography like Magia

I heard a different arrangement for Mune no Yukue, for the strings at least ... I really loved!

I really liked Wakana in Ring your bell when she used her lyrical style.

Magia choreography and the use of "witches" floating around them were fabulous!

Hikaru cannot keep her voice steady, but at least she can change the range of her voice, so I'm ok.

This conversation about how Keiko is superior among the other two is pointless.

Everyone has preferences, but it's a topic that's brought up regularly and I'm sure that everyone already knows the preferences of the people who post here regularly. I think that's what she was getting at.

Can someone please link me directly to the dropbox with the mp3s? I went on the blog but the link is missing, unless it is taken down already. I want into the world so much!

Also I also like believe! While I do like it, I do wish they would have included other songs, like Musunde hiraku, adore (hasn't been sung live since consolation I think, right? At least not recorded), SAMIDARE, and of course Tsuioku. Anyways, I loved all of it. Hoshi no Uta and Magia Quattro (I actually like the original better, and I love violins) but these were great! Hoshi is an incredibly long and long winded it seems, song to sing and I give kudos to Hikaru and the girls. Wakana seemed a lot more relaxed this time around. She did not make her eyebrows scrunch up as much, which is usually a sign of straining. I feel so bad for her sweating so much, even though the outfits seemed a little more breathable than the kimonos. I thought they were beautiful in them and Alleluia was so good! I can't wait to hear it on the acoustic album. Natsu was great and ring your bell as I said before. storia is a lot better than the last performance I think, though I thought they did fine then as well. Can anyone tell me what they are talking about in their "MCs?" Ugh, wish I knew Japanese. heh Great job everyone!!! into the world is love, cannot wait for the studio version, but this felt like one too. Wakana's high notes in both this and ring your bell is sweet. 10/10 from me. :dote::goodjob:

personally what I meant to say that Keiko sounded better than either Wakana or Hikaru. Of course the they sound will differ from live to live. I didn't mean that Keiko is superior to Wakana or Hikaru in her musical abilities.

and what if she is? or I think she is? it's perfectly alright to comment on it. and chances are it will change from live to live. sometimes Keiko strains or looks tired too.

however, let me point out that imo at least, Keiko has been more stable in her singing than the other two for a long time now. For this live, she sounded better and better.

but overall I think the live was a success! good job Kalafina!

Are we all just going to ignore the new footage of "into the world"?!!? What's goin' on, man?? I was blown to pieces!

Does anyone know the percussionist's name? If so please inform me so that I may request my name to be changed to "[percussionist's name]'s Hair". Thank you.

i know right his hair is fabulous i'm so envious. his name is Nakajima Obawo.
anyway about into the world, I really like the bridge and I quite like the song as a whole. "nani mo mienai basho made yuku atarashii tane wo sagashite" has been stuck in my mind since yesterday. I'm still waiting for the studio version though because Wakana's singing has way more dynamic there. In this live she was like "okay I just want to hit the right notes"

extras: I hate Hikaru's voice on Mune no Yukue chorus omg why can't they have Keiko sing "let me roll in the river of life" and have Hikaru sings harmony with Wakana.

Why talk music when we have waifu wars to settle?
What war? Nothing will ever be settled because some people just prefer KEIKO's performance over the other two girls ._. I mean it's great that people think that WAKANA and HIKARU have the same effect on them as KEIKO, but we all have different opinions, eh? No one's saying WAKANA and HIKARU suck - just that KEIKO's solo moved some of us more than a HIKARU or WAKANA solo.

WAKANA's voice made me "cry" in "seventh heaven", because of the melancholy in her voice. I need to be sad to cry to a WAKANA song though (with the exception of "where the lights are".. hmmmm if I heard this LIVE, I think I'll cry :3)

I don't think HIKARU's voice has the power to make me "cry".... rather she gives me a lot of strength and happiness :)

KEIKO's voice, however, as my friend said, has the voice to make me "cry" not because of melancholy, but just the beauty and clarity in her tone.. and it brings out a very strong light from within me... It is a power that is enough to move me to tears.

The waifu joke wasn't meant to be serious; but I do love how you described each girl's voice.

I wish I felt that strongly about them. I feel like I'm missing out on something.

Just downloaded from bili and connected the parts into 1 vid. Alleluia. Wow just as Keiko started singing, you can see a middle aged woman crying so much at 00:01:12 she's more fangirl that any of us will ever be i think
