After CDJ hoisted the LE up on their site with those insane prices, I had to thank them because they did so much work. And they replied with something along the lines of, "I'm glad everything worked out! It's all thanks to you who kept reminding us", etc. I HAVE to buy the mook from them now, gah!
To be fair, though, I've compared prices from other purchasing sources and they're not that much better. If I get just ONE Maya picture from the mook it'll make up for everything, but I highly doubt it because Sony seems determined to pretend she never existed.

And as for the price, I don't understand why it skyrocketed up so much! In the original announcement on the main CPM page, the LE price was about 4500 yen, with tax. Now it's 7500 yen, with about 7500 more for taxes tacked on after the fact??

missjasminn had the great idea to ask Kinokuniya Bookstore if they would sell the mook, so we've both e-mailed the LA branch. I asked if the US Kinokuniya online store would also have it, and I think Jasmin asked about international shipping.
