Saying the word Hentai can also be mean "pervert" so Tsukishiro_Yuki is not wrong in the use of the word although "ecchi" would have probably been a better choice as "hentai" usually carries other connotations with it. Now in saying all that, I'm not saying Wikki Pan is one either. Just saying something is sexy doesn't imply either word.
