I think they said it's the TV cut in their tweets but we'll find it out in an hour when it's Kajiura time... ('cause nothing before Parade got cut from what I remember).

From what I have saved, it seems this youtube stream was the TV version, indeed.
The TBS rip .ts on jpopsucky, although interlaced, should be higher quality than this. Except maybe for the utter ass scenes with strobes.

I think HS still hasn't released one song from GRANRODEO and JAM PROJECT each.
