^Yeah, pretty happy since I only work one day this weekend, my sister's coming Sat and going to the renaissance faire on Sunday! Can't wait.

And I did not dress up no, I think I would be too hot and I hate being hot. heh But it was good times. I hope to go again this year in a couple of weeks.
 
The date went well, although it wasn't really one since my friend Sara was with. I think we might just be friends to start off with. He was a really nice guy but I'm not sure I'm ready for someone yet...
 
ooh, at least it went well :goodjob: starting as friends is the best option, isn't it? a lot of strong relationships start off like that, and even if you don't make it romantic it's a great benefit to have

I got the fricken' hard piece of fruit to get in Pikmin 3 tonight!!! Ahhh! I did it in about 5 days. lol (If you've ever played the Pikmin games you'd know what I'm talking about, but it's a good thing for me) Woohoo!

It's storming out! Woohoo! (Although I would normally be more happy about it but it's giving me the worst headache ever right now.) Also my mom made awesome banana bread last night. I love banana bread.

I get paid tomorrow! I thought it was next week, but I was wrong. Which is a good thing since I am going the Renaissance Faire again next weekend. heh

^Arigatou! It was a hard class, so I was happy I passed, and now I can graduate in December! And yes, banana bread and waffles are foods of the gods. Banana bread in particular, since I am addicted to it right now.

I got paid today! Although not much, but it will be spent again at Ren Faire. heh

having a friend take me to Nakano broadway where he had found out about the stores selling secondhand music of anime;

Kalafina live at Otodama Beach in front row with a couple of helpful Japanese fans who made sure that the girls knew I was visiting from Australia at the end of the show; Miu Sakamoto and the other performers were great also;

scenic train ride to Takasaki; getting good postcards at Saku;

taking the train to Bessho Onsen station (Summer Wars country) and getting a great photo of the ticket checker / platform guard in kimono;

walking the Usui pass from Karuisawa to Yokokawa (Initial D country) and visiting the railway museum;

taking the train to Mato, buying a hot fresh bento meal and great postcards on-board and being able to open the window on the train for a cool breeze and good picture taking;

being able to stay at the great hotel in Yanaka;

Chiaki Ishikawa's long concert at Shibuya O-East;

being able to catch up on cpm (-:
