Good Things that Happened to You!!!

Had yummy ribs and am feeling better. (Think I had some kind of flu bug yesterday and part of today.) Mmmm ribs.

I'm sooooooooooooooo happy happy happy now~ :sohappy:
my dream comes true >w< I get my invitation to Gajah Mada University without any tests and exams!! Yipppiieee!!!
anyway i'm into architecture departement, which in Gajah Mada is in faculty of technique. the passing grade itself isn't as high as other departement, but still it is faculty of technique....
and Gajah Mada itself is the oldest university in the country, it isn't really the best university, but it is in top three the best university....
I am so lucky and blessed, thanks God :shy:

but unfortunately my friend (who help me in taking photos for YK project) didn't get it ._. though we planned to go to the same university. it seems like faculty of pharmacy is really tough ._. I hope he'll be able to pass the entrance exams....

^That's great! We have what's called a Technical college here, which is where I went for my two degrees. I hope I get some job with them soon.

I am feeling much better today, though still groggy. heh Got more work done last night on the Sayaka pic, going to do more today hopefully.

Good luck feli and keep up the good spirit Liana!

After complaining months ago on my work, I can say now that I am lucky with my current engagement in the company.
Opportunities to learn new things, especially on learning Japanese since I will be working with some of them! Hopefully it won't be long before I become alright with speaking the language...

One downside though is that I cannot use the internet on the office at all, but it is not much of an issue for me.
On to new horizons!

Chris you are so lucky to be learning Japanese. I am still using the Japanese coach for the DS, but it is not helping. *sigh* I need to find a class. Also Kuga it reminds me of Beyond the Horizon. heh Love that show.

Getting my hair cut shortly! I can't wait.

@liana, I wanted to get that. And a DS...lol... but never wound up getting it.

I got to get sun yesterday! My, how I have missed it! I got so pale over the winter that I'm soaking it up and getting very tan very fast!

^It is pretty fun.

I finished the second Sayaka Miki pic tonight! Ahh, I've accomplished something today. heh Well, and I made spice cupcakes, which are awesome. :) Good night minna!

I'm back from three weeks in Japan and I don't seem to have been hit by jet lag as much as I thought (I did feel exhausted when I got home yesterday though). It was the best holiday I've ever had, honestly.

If anyone is planning on visiting the country, I recommend buying one of those JR rail passes beforehand and getting onto the shinkansen to some of the towns and cities outside of Tokyo. Osaka is my favourite city now, and I had some really fun days out sightseeing in Nagoya and Sendai. I'll probably need a holiday to get over my holiday after all the walking I did! :imdead:

My goodness, now I'm jealous of another person here, for going to Japan. *sigh* I hope to get a job soon and start saving, as I would buy a ton. lol I would have to bring one big empty suitcase. lol

I had an extremely good mango margarita with dinner tonight. I needed it after the month I had. But today was also good, better than it has started out as. I volunteered at the museum and it was fun, a little slow, I should have brought a book. Still, got to see some really great art, unusual, but great. There's a lot of underwater stuff that's neat. Now listening to tommy heavenly6 again, she is great.

Went jumping off a dam with my best friend/crush and his brother!! It was epic... It was long drops... and it was the craziest thing I have ever done!! Everyone was hesitating and scared to do it, so after watching one person jump in and be fine, I just jumped right in, suprising everyone! I love freaking guys out . XD

^Yikes... I could never do that, since I am afraid of heights.

I am glad to be home and safe (there was an escaped convict today, you don't hear about that much in our city since we are a small one, it was downtown) from violin since there were cops and helicopters all over the place. I hope everyone there stays safe. Also we have the air conditioner on and it is so nice since it is hot outside. I don't like the heat, neither does my hair. heh

Great to see you've had so much fun there Martin. Did you manage to sleep it off?
I can't be sure whether jetlag/hangover is worse but have to experience them either way.
Ah yes, this is so me right now.

Aced the test and got 5/5 votes from the panel. Must be good news.

Got to see my niece again today. She makes me so happy, so I am sad when she is sad/crying. But there wasn't too much of that today. Had a great day.

I just spent a few days with my parents and grandad in Cornwall. When I got back from Tokyo I thought, "I need a holiday to get over my holiday," so this was what I needed really! :@_@: Hanging round with three retired people meant lots of (very slow!) walking around picturesque gardens and small towns, but it was really relaxing. I don't get chance to spend much time with my family these days, so it was fun! :tea:

lol My last post was about my niece and today's is too. Got some good pics with me and her together. I love her so much. I get to see her next Wed as well since she is coming to my house for the day! :) Also loving the Hannako soundtrack so much. Could listen to it forever, it's so relaxing!

I passed the placement test for the Japanese language part-time course that I enrolled for. Classes to commence next month :sohappy:
