A quick question: is Hikaru in silent moon as well, or is it only the FJ girls singing acapella in the background? Cos I don't hear her but I can sort of pick out the other four at some point or another in the song (gosh the harmonies are so amazing I really can't tell the voices apart! :touched:)
 
I think they're all in the song. It would be odd (and probably mean) if Hikaru wasn't included coz she's part of FJC after all. :ayashii:
 
^ oh, it's probably just me being unable to pick her out, then...usually Hikaru's voice is quite distinctive and I can single it out but in this song I'd guess it'd be harder anyway because they're all using a similar soft sort of voice and the harmony is so perfectly watertight :XD:
 
Sing a song is a great song...I like how Yuki arrange it so that every girl gets at least one solo line. And it reminds me 'ring a song' and 'farewell song' too, plus some extra heavy 'punch' makes it not as soft and slow...liked it

(can i have the pm for silent moon please...?)
 
I think Hikaru's voice is very similar to Yuuka's (although Yuuka is more high pitched, they both have a similar voice color) which is why it might be hard to tell their voices apart when they are singing at the same time. I haven't listened closely in Silent Moon harmonies though, I should try to do it with my headphones and see if I can find her!

i quite liked the simplicity of silent moon, as oppose to kinda complex background of Sing a song. And Yuuka stands outs so much from the rest of girls. The girls voices blend in so well that its hard for me to tell them apart, almost like a choir. Nice song!

I think among all Yuki's vocalists, the one whose voice is closest to Yuuka is Hikaru.. :ohoho: . Remember YK live 4 part 1..? I listened to the mp3 before watching the video clip and I can't tell the different between Yuuka&Hikaru in some part of Nowhere.
