【ELISA】キッズステーション「アニぱら音楽館」＃383（11月15日初回放送）の見どころに迫る！オペラや声楽に根ざしたソプラノヴォーカルと透明感溢れる歌声で数多くのアニメを彩ってきたシンガー・ELISAが、11月15日初回放送の「アニぱら音楽館」＃383に登場する。
2010年から2011年にかけて番組レギュラーとして「アニぱら音楽館」に出演していた彼女が今回はゲストとして出演するということで、久々の再会となった番組レギュラー陣はすっかり歓迎ムード。旧交を温めつつのトークは、笑顔あふれる和やかムードの中で展開した。
一方、ライブコーナーでは最新ナンバー『REALISM』（アニメ『革命機ヴァルヴレイヴ』3rd ED）を堂々と歌い上げ、復帰第1弾シングル曲『そばにいるよ』（同2nd ED）はELISAのあとを引き継いだ番組レギュラー・黒崎真音とのセッションで披露する。

およそ2年ぶりの番組出演となるELISAを笑顔で出迎えた影山ヒロノブら番組レギュラー陣は、アットホームな雰囲気の中でトークコーナーをスタートさせる。ここでは番組卒業と同時期にアーティスト活動を休止していたELISAが、この2年間どういう生活を送っていたのか、そしてどれだけ成長したのかが明かされていく。生の言葉で語られるコメントの数々は、ELISAファンなら見逃すことはできないはず。必見のトークが展開する。
ライブコーナーではその2年間の成長を証明するかのような、プログレッシブな新曲『REALISM』が披露される。クラシカルなソプラノ、力強いパワーヴォーカル、オペラの一幕を思わせるスキャットなど、千変万化の歌声と、刻々と変化していくライブは迫力満点。彼女のさらなる飛躍に期待を抱かずにはいられないステージが繰り広げられる。
そして番組終盤では、ELISAからのバトンを受け継ぎ現レギュラーを務める黒崎真音と、『そばにいるよ』をセッション。アニソン界をリードする歌姫の共演は見ごたえ十分。プレミアム感満点の30分となっている。

^ Are any of her post-hiatus songs up to the standard of the compositions that she has sung at Animelo Summer Live 2008-2011?

I only have そばにいるよ and it didn't grab me like her earlier works.
 
In the year since her return, ELISA has released six songs. So it's not a huge amount of work to get to the point where you could provide your own subjective answer to the question posed.

I have always found her voice and musical style interesting. It's in the nature of things that songs vary in quality and that people will endlessly disagree as to which songs are above/below average.
 
^ Thanks, I had a fresh listen to the そばにいるよ CD single and I'd probably need to hear some live versions to get much of an opinion on them.
 
Yeah, she's got a great voice that I find to be so 'listenable'...I enjoyed Euphoric Field and Embullient Future when they came out.

I remember being in a music shop in Tokyo back in 2009, and there was some well-mannered, really pretty-looking lady talking to the people behind the counter. I was stopping by to pick up a couple of OSTs I'd been looking out for, and casually mentioned to one of the friends after we'd left, "who was that nice lady standing near the door?" "Oh, you mean ELISA?" :@_@: Yep, I walked right by with just one of those polite bows/nods without realising it was her! I would've bought a CD and asked her to sign it if I'd known, because I think she was there to promote her latest single at the time (which must've been Wonder Wind, looking back now). A real missed opportunity there. :TdT:
 
A notice posted on ELISA's website lists her as a guest for Sakura-con 2014, in Seattle, April 18th to 20th.
